Right there she has claimed the White House doc is authentic. 1) It's not authentic because it's electronic. 2) It's not scanned in from an authentic document because it's at best a poor attempt at a forgery. Anyone following this case knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is in fact a forgery. Her testimony there - (was it under oath?) could be used to convict her of perjury based on Arpaio's cold case posse evidence in front of a jury.

Use that angle - and this chick might just roll over on her master.

Either way the court ruled he doesnt need a certificate to be on the ballot. Sounds like there are no problems for him.

OK, he's POTUS, but that should hold him to a higher standard of EVERYTHING! To find out now that the BC posted on the internet "is not a legal document", then one should be produced. Simple logic, and should be the easiest thing in the world for a citizen to do.

It's still the same old birther issue. Even the judge said Obama was born in Hawaii. I mean, if the judge had ruled that he was ineligible, that would be different. But, that does not look like what happened here. We'll have to see what happens, I guess.

Obama's lawyers fought to prevent the birth certificate from being admitted as evidence. If the birth certificate were real, it would have put a nail into the birther movement, but if it's fake (it is, sorry, but it's a fake ask the Photoshop experts) it would prove that Obama is a fraud.

Whatever, bottom line is, we have to show mr. Obama to the door. He is ruining our country.

Bottom Line!!!!!!

Obama's birth certificate PDF file that was released has multiple layers. There are any number of experts who have stated that a scanned document wouldn't have layers. The PDF file was put together one layer at a time and whomever created it forgot to compress the layers into a single document. I've made the same mistake in the past, it's easy to forget. Unfortunately, it's also a tell-tale sign of a fake.
