I like the fact that an older man generally has a career established, usually knows what kind of things he wants. He's gone through enough with relationships to where he puts it out there, and no games. If I can find a younger guy closer to my age with an established career, has his head on correctly, then I will go for a younger guy. But usually they are not into all those things.

Now....here is my question. Why do younger women like older men?

Just a thought here, I'll never understand what makes a pretty young woman want to hitch her wagon to some young buck who has no idea what he wants in life. No direction, No drive. Just fall all over him. Pump out a couple of his kids while she is waiting for him to find himself. And then finally wind up alone and trying to raise the kids by herself. Just seems screwed up to me when she could have had a better life with someone older and a whole lot less heartbreak.

I'm gonna be blunt here. I'm not saying that all younger guys are this way. But a vast majority are. Young guys for the most part have their heads so far up there own butt that they just really are not ready for a relationship. A lot of young guys now have no idea what a real relationship is. Most of them can think of nothing but themselves.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, It comes down to experience. Us older guys, we have already been there so to speak. Yes, I will admit that a lot of men my age are worthless perverts just looking for a warm young body to screw around with. But not all of us are that way. We just like women that are younger than us. With us being older and more experienced in life we bring more to the table than someone younger. We bring something that a lot of younger guys don't have yet. Stability,A better understanding of what it takes to keep a relationship alive. Really, Their are a lot of things that someone older does better than someone younger. I don't mean to put young guys down with that statement. It's just truth.

When a guy of lets say 20 gets my age, He will understand better what I have tried to explain here.

because we all know that those pretty young women eager to get married and have kids when they don't really even have a life of their own are absolute geniuses.

By "tighter body", do you mean "less obese"?

I wouldn't mind finding a younger woman and here's why. I have heard this from a woman married to one of my buddies when I was 45 and wanted to go fishing for a few days on the river. She said, "When are you going to grow up? Your too old for that crap now days." Well I figure that if that is how women think at the age of 45. With me being way to active still and I don't plan on slowing down, why not just try to find a woman younger then me that likes some of the things I do, that isn't ready for the rocking chair on the front porch with a blanket over her legs. A different guy I know, who is also younger then me, mentioned that his wife told him, he can't be hanging around me because I just don't act my age and she is afraid that I might just lead him astray? LOL. How phoney is that? Both of these women are only a couple years younger then me and do absolutly nothing with their lives or their families or husbands. How sad. They both know that I am not that kind of guy. So why not find me a younger woman that wants to do things with me and enjoy each other. Yet finding that woman hasn't happened yet for me. So I make the best of things as they are and enjoy life as it comes. But there isn't anything wrong with a younger woman for a guy or a younger guy for a woman. It happens.

Here is the funny thing. A lot of younger guys want to be with a woman who is older. Could be the whole cougar/milf fantasy. Or it could be that they want a mature woman cause she will (more than likely) get his azz into shape (mentally, financially, etc.)

Flip this to older men. Some older guys love the younger women for those tight bodies, or the immature level (As some have stated in this thread). Or, it could be just for some fun sex.

Now....here is my question. Why do younger women like older men? Is it the security factor? Such as the older man has a solid career and the young girl is like a "trophy wife" type. Or he makes good money and she knows she will be taken care of. She isn't necessarily the trophy wife but she is good to him?

Yeah; I think it is a security factor just as younger men hitting on me and the first question asked is if they can live with me. Obviously; they are out to use me for a place to live. Users come in all ages. As I said; I could care less if a guy wants a younger woman as its none of my business; however if a younger woman were to say going after any of my brothers; I would make sure that he had her sign a pre-naup and ensure she had no access to his money.

So, a young man can be seeking a sugar-mama just as a young woman can be seeking a sugar-daddy.
