Yeppers incest had to have happened even before the great floods with Adam and Eves kids.They had to screw each other to keep the human race going.Theres the story of Lot and his daughters too.So the old saying "we are all guilty of incest cause we came from Adam and Eve" is basically a mythical truth.

A day in the eyes of God, in he did exist out there, would in no way be comparable to our terms of a day.

In the Bible, it doesn't state that Noah's family were all direct descendants of Noah. His children could have possibly already been married; therefore, them breeding then, wouldn't constitute incest.

Adam and Eve's children, that's quite possible, however, while the Bible says nothing of God creating other people after Adam and Eve, it doesn't state he didn't.

Because it doesn't state he 'didn't', you immediately cry incest.

That is your choice. Believe what you will.
