Ok, i understand that many of you don't like it if some one says there atractive,you define ito be arogance,what if there just honest teling u some1did find them atractive. I wont date some1 if they telme their unatractive it means there insecure and cant acept themselvs and those peopl are high maintanance. My boyfriend told me his handsome ifind his confidence sweet. If sum1 ask me iwud tel them that i am btfl, and so are you. God made every1 unique special and beautiful,ifind all good peopl btfl. Even spiders and insects are btfl. Am i arogant?no.

First, a disclaimer: What I'm about to share isn't intended to present myself as beautiful. When I was a kid, my mother obsessed about making me become a model. She tried twice, once when I was about eight and again when I was 14. Both times I refused to cooperate; once I ran out on an audition. I tried one last time when I was in my 20s, for my mother's sake, but I very quickly realized that "beautiful" was not a term I could comfortably apply to myself. If I'm to be honest, though, I have to say that I would love to be beautiful. But only if I could retain the positive attributes that I am aware that I have, and that I value. I've enjoyed reading everyone's responses. I have to say this forum is one of the most intelligent I've encountered online, which is so often a clearinghouse for the banal. But this forum, unlike so many, poses meaningful questions and the answers are generally just as meaningful. Ya'll are teaching me a lot. Love, Ysabeau But you are beautiful!

You are a good looking woman Alterette! Great bone structure. It is a shame about your family putting you down young. I see alot of that. Fortunately we never did that in our family. (cept me and my brother...but, even that was just joking around) It freed me from from alot of self consious things. When people develope insecurities at a young age...seems like they carry them with them for the rest of thier lives. P.S. I don't pose. I stand like this in line at the convenience store. 
And if the line is long???

hmmm, i rather like being a hidious monster with an IQ of 16.
and i'm thankful as hell i have fascilities at all. many don't. i have no worries. people that put forth the fact thet they are "hot" or "all that", may or may not be, and will learn humility eventually through crossed wisdom, and this is theirs alone to learn, but they aren't putting themselves down and bringing bad energy to themselves and that's a good thing. most who do this though are in an "illusion of grandeur" and they think soo much of themselves, that sometimes their charisma rubs off to where others sometimes are "persuaded" to think on like terms. i've seen this, and to me it's quite puzzling, because it was rediculously easy to see through, and they weren't even very nice....kinda bossy, pushy, and controlling, but some people were buying into it....
