Dude, THAT is a real Texas style country smoker. May not be pretty and polished but it is an awesome piece of metal work and would cost a couple grand.
I love that he put it on iron skids...just chain it to the trailer hitch and drag it where Ms. Rice wants it on the ranch. |

I brought back a 5 pound ziploc bag o brisket and bout 2 pounds of an OUTSTANDING pasta,ham and cheese salad that my sister made.
I had such an outstanding time. I would have loved to have taken everyone of you. 
Such a very cool and laid back gathering of life long friends.

Sounds like a good time. I spent the last week up in Newark. My buddy has a pizza place that has the best pizza. I got an extra large with everything. I gave him a 20 and my change was 4.20. I think he did that chit on purpose.......
