My buddy went on vacation to visit his brother. While he was away, the landlord allowed an ex-con-turned-Nation-Of-Islam move in without even notifying my buddy. First of all, it was a violation of the con's parole because of my buddy's own record. Secondly, it was a violation of renter's laws. Thirdly, this guy turned out to be a complete weirdo who would often disappear for 3 days at a time without any notice whatsoever.

Anyway, one day this guy when down into the basement, and began rummaging through boxes which did not belong to him. In one of those boxes was my vaporizer. So, what did this guy do? He called the police, and turned the vaporizer over to them. That thing costs $800 brand new! Digital thermostat, and up to six tubes.

Needless to say, that guy got forced out of the house given the circumstances....but I no longer have my vape!

that is wrong on so many levels action,,, but, i'm thinking he can more than recoup that in the lawsuit :)~

Problem is, the vape hadn't been cleaned after the last use, so it had resin on the glass. That means there could be charges filed against anyone claiming the vaporizer....unless it could be proven to be inadmissible evidence. That, however, may not exclude probable cause for an official search and seizure.

So, you see, it probably would cost more to fight than the vaporizer actually is worth.
