They have absolutely no control over what is brought out as truth, what remains hidden, or what is destroyed, they control nothing.
You already have your mind made up (about everything), so it is not possible for you to learn anything new. I understand, really I do. I was just like you when I was your age. I'll pray for you. I pray that you resolve to seek out truth no matter what it is and that you are open enough to receive it. |

I have met Jesus, I speak to Jesus everyday. I trust in no one but Jesus and our father.
You were born human, you were born a woman. I was not born a servant of the lord, that is someone's choice. If you have "met Jesus" you have done so in your own mind. If he ever actually existed, he supposedly died on the cross. He's dead now. People keep saying and waiting for him to "come back." If you have "met him" you may be hallucinating. Or maybe you are just imagining things. Or maybe you are just not being honest. More to the point, our perceptions of reality influence what we see and experience. If we believe Jesus to be God, than that's how God will appear to us, simply because God knows that we won't accept anything different. We are met where we are. |

What power does the catholic church have over me and please explain how they have this power.
If it were not for the Catholic Church, you would not have ever seen a Bible, you would have never learned about God or Jesus. And No, you would not have heard it by word of mouth either. That's just how it effects you personally right now. There is a lot more about how the Catholic Church effects the entire world, but that is for your education. I don't give out free education, nor do I have the time. If you have "met Jesus" you have done so in your own mind. No, I have met Jesus personally. I have a personal relationship with him. He speaks to me, I speak to him, ect. he supposedly died on the cross. He's dead now He is resurrected. He rose from the grave. He defeated death for us all. If it were not for the Catholic Church, you would not have ever seen a Bible, you would have never learned about God or Jesus. And No, you would not have heard it by word of mouth either. How do you figure as such? And besides that, having the Catholics distribute bibles has nothing to do with the Catholic belief in itself. The catholics distributing bibles is very moot, if the catholics wouldn't have done it. Someone else would have. |

For instance, I know for a fact this can not be true. I do not believe as the Catholics do. One example would be confession booths. God has told us when we come to him, come to him in secret. This is obviously not done in confession booths. They call the "preachers" father is another thing. There is but one father, who art in heaven. Where do you think all the other branches of Christianity stemmed from? It was Catholicism. There wouldn't be any other religions otherwise, cause they all formed as a result of breaking away from it. |

And yet people still DIE. And when he supposedly rose from the grave, he ascended to heaven never to be seen again. Unless you are claiming that he came back and you actually do see him. Have you taken any pictures of him for proof? |

He is a servant of our lord. It is you that gives someone that does that the title "Christian". We obey the laws/instructions handed down to us from our lord Jesus Christ. also if you are not a Christian stop referring to him as Jesus Christ....just call him Jesus Jesus was not just some man like someone you'd meet walking down the street. yes he was ..he didn't float down the street Jesus is the ONLY begotten child of God our father. only Adam is the begotton son...Jesus popped out of a womb Jesus is our lord, Jesus is our savior. Jesus isn't just some man. Jesus is your lord...to me he's just "That Dude" Yes I am. I thank God everyday for the gift Jesus Christ gave to us through his blood. He has given us a way to be forgiven for our sins. God has given us a way to be washed clean. but yet you are still a sinner |

Because Christianity is breaking off from the jews when they did not see Jesus as the begotten child of our god who art in heaven, the promised messiah. |

Have you taken any pictures of him for proof? This flesh dies yes. This flesh is merely a shell, a containment of one's soul. One's soul can be eternal if that person wishes to be. Jesus offers eternal life if one wishes to pick this gift up. It's your choice. When speaking of spirituality one can not also discuss things of this physical life. The two are merged together, yes. But are still two separate things. When Jesus speaks of eternal life, he is referring to one's soul. We are given a new body if and when we are resurrected at the second coming of our Christ. |

I never said I wasn't Christian. I said I do not take that title on my own. I am a servant of Jesus our Christ. If you wish to call that a Christian, so be it. I don't follow the teachings of "Christianity" or anything man made. I follow the teachings of Jesus our lord. |

Jesus is always with us spiritually. Physically Jesus will come again to judge the world. It is not that I am not understanding. It is what you are actually stating. When you stated that you met Jesus and talked to him, you DID NOT SAY SPIRITUALLY OR IN A DREAM OR VISION. You made it sound like you actually met him in the physical flesh. You did not state otherwise. Don't assume that I know what you are saying. If I told some children that I actually met Santa Claus at the north pole they would assume I was not telling them that I only met him "spiritually." They would expect that I meant I met him in the flesh. |

That kind of talk has always annoyed me. People invite me to their church to meet Jesus.
Now I'm not stupid enough to believe that Jesus actually goes to their church and if I go there I will actually meet him. But if I had never heard of Jesus and knew nothing about him I might expect to meet a real person. Imagine going there and then being told that he died 2000 years ago. I would then wonder why they told me I could meet him at their church. Its just so ridiculous to speak in such La La land terms. I want people to be real. So what should they say? They should say, please come to our church and we will tell you about Jesus. Not, ..."so you can meet Jesus." When I go somewhere to meet someone I expect to meet them, not hear about how he died or who they think he was. |

And yet people still DIE. And when he supposedly rose from the grave, he ascended to heaven never to be seen again. Unless you are claiming that he came back and you actually do see him. Have you taken any pictures of him for proof? The whole idea that Jesus "defeated" death is false notion anyway. There would be nothing to "defeat" but God himself. So to say that Jesus defeated death, would be the same as saying the Jesus defeated God. In truth these fables were actually based on the idea that Jesus was the "sacrificial lamb" of a God who cannot forgive sins unless he is appeased by a blood sacrifice. So the whole story is nothing more than a truly absurd superstition that some Zeus-like God was somehow appeased by having his son crucified on a pole. That very nothing right there is so utterly absurd it reason enough for any rational person to dismiss these ancient fables as being utterly absurd. And I think that most people truly do just that. The overwhelming majority of people who check the box marked "Christian" only do so because they were brought up in a society that taught them to behave in this way. The number of people who actually believe in the religion are probably extremely few. |

Probably so very few it would startle people. |
