I just have this cat or cats in the neighborhood keep getting in my yard and other people yards and no one keeps these cats leashed or least have a fence keep your animals in.. I like at dogs same as cats and bother me that they rather have dogs sorta lease or up and cats get away coz o' you can't do that to a cat.. My butt it is (PEOPLE) keep your cats leashed some thing and Quit letting room free.. I mean what you guys think coz im tired of it. I hate to do animal cruel to a darn cat so just my though..

A fence is not going to keep a cat in the yard. Have you talked to the cat's owner about the issue?

I wonder if you'd offer the same advice to those who don't like your dog pooping all over the place and you not cleaning it up?

They are free to roam.

I am an animal lover. I've had cats all my life. I believe that any animal, if left to wander the streets, should be vaccinated. With that being said, cats are good for your home as well as mine in that they keep the rodent population under wraps. You might think you "don't" have a problem; but wait and see what happens when a house or building close to you becomes vacant. Trust me...you will very soon notice one, two or a herd of mice. It was unheard of, and still is today, to have a farm without cats.

I love cats, too. But, that doesn't mean I think others should let their cats roam free to bother other neighbors, though. While it probably wouldn't bother me to have a cat come visit my yard, I can see why others wouldn't like it. It sounds kind of silly for people to make excuses as to why cats should be able to roam free.

one thing your forgetting, is that you live in the city, and not everyone lives in the city... country folks are a bit different

Well i don't mind cats, There adorable but cats im worse with coz of the fur i i can't think of that word, but i can't be round to long round cats and yea fence wouldn't keep them in. I do respect animal just as long them keep round there own place..
