Has anyone actually met anyone offline? I have a few war stories I could share alone. How about you?

I've met several people from online. All have been positive. Talked to some crazies online and on the phone though. I'm pretty careful about who I meet. Not to say that my time isn't comming or anything. LOL

yep there some nice people here an there are so not nice people i could really tell a few stories but they would be kind of long lol

The first several people I met online were all a little strange and not as attractive as they seemed to be in their photo. But, it's been a long time sense then. The last bunch of people have all been cool.

Use the photo only as a confirmation whether or not you are dealing with a male or a female first. You never know...watch what they write to further confirm you are dealing with a female. Everything else beyond that point cannot be confirmed until meeting with with her in a person. What you do is..show up at a spot you both agreed upon and instead of waiting for her at the spot, go a little farther away and wait until she shows up and watch her with binoculars. If she isn't anything like her picture or described herself, then don't attempt to make a contact, just stay away until she gives up and leaves.

I never lied about my looks, guess he was kidding himself about liking chubby chicks. I have had that happen before. Saying one thing and the reality are two different animals. |

So what happens when you both use the binocular idea there? Do you just look for the other person with binoculars watching where you were suppose to meet?...lol

Once I drove 4hrs to meet someone, it was a nice ride..with 3hrs waiting and then 4hrs of driving back and over 100 bucks gone for gas and bridge and road tolls and food. |

i have no problem meeting hot guys offline, the problem is nto their looks, it is their personalities...i try not to judge too harshly on looks alone...some good long term conversation prior to a meet should reveal some true colors as well. .
