I've worked in a Law Enforcement related field for over 12 years, and under your logic all my cases could be overturned on entrapment. Guess how many of my cases got over turned or found not guilty? NONE. I even got questioned on the stand by the top defence attorney in the state. I have over 1100 apprehensions.

Since the author was trying to sell his book, there was no entrapment. Just like a drug dealer selling to an undercover officer.

I think this case is not the same as the drug dealing. AS there is an expectation that a drug dealer KNOWS He is committing a crime. IN this case, the action was not a crime where the accused LIVES and it may or may not have been reasonable for him to expect it to be a crime where he was ASKED to send the book.
