if ya write a book about how to molest a child, since molesting a child is illegal, then the book is illegal. no different than child porn laws. if ya got pictures of child porn, than it's illegal. IF ONE WRITES A CHILDS BOOK ABOUT HOW TO MURDER FOR CHILDREN, THE BOOK IS ILLEGAL, BECAUSE MURDER IS ILLEGAL. if one writes a childs book for how to poison people, the book is illegal, because poisoning people is illegal, and the purchase of the book shows intent or want or motive to poison. entrapped him? they were brillaint enough to allow his own SELF INTEREST TO TRAP HIMSELF. and they allowed himself to entrapp himself, as they simply asked for a book. he was too dumb, since he's a crimminal, to check the laws of florida, and make sure his book was legal there, before sending it to someone. so, HIS OWN ACTIONS, ARE THE CAUSE OF ALL OF HIS OWN DEMISE. 
this is kind of scary to me though, because of the reach of scope we have a saturation of violence and sex in our media and entertainment, much of it is actually accurately portraying how to commit 'crimes' under the guise of fiction and so it is protected as art I just dont understand what is so different between the realistic FICTION that is protected and a how to book that states flat out and honestly what it is? its kind of like penalizing people for their thoughts instead of their action, like being able to sue the makers of 'hitman' if you find out that someone who assassinated your loved one happened to love that movie,,,,if there are those who wish to buy something like this, I think it should stop at keeping an eye on those people, but I dont agree with criminalizing the writer for his 'art', however unappealing it is I was a victim of rape, and it scares me to think that if I ever wrote about that experience or the conclusions I drew from it, that I could actually be labeled criminal for doing so,,,, I UNDERSTAND, AND YOU WOULD NOT BE. because you WOULD NEVER WRITE A BOOK ABOUT HOW TO RAPE,AND FAVORED IN THE SIDE OF A 'WOULDBE' RAPIST. so let not your own fears, CONTROL YOU TO ALLOW HARM TO CHILDREN. the book is NOT WRITTEN TELLING CHILDREN HOW SUCH IS SICK, AND THAT ADULTS THAT SEEK THIS ARE MENTALLY ILL... it is attempting to CONTRUE BOTH THE RAPIST OF CHILDREN AND THE CHILD AS TO LEARN HOW THIS IS "NOT BAD", NOT HARMFUL IN ALL CASES. he's a freak... the public outcry SAVES THE KIDS FROM SUCH AS THIS! I have not read the book and do not know such a thing. it comes down again to a study of the english language 'Greaves, who has no criminal record, writes in the book that pedophiles are misunderstood, as the word literally means to love a child. He adds it is only a crime to act on sexual impulses toward children, and offers advice that purportedly allows pedophiles to abide by the law.' it sounds as if his approach to the book is from a view that pedophilia is hardwired as a PREFERENCE(like homosexuality, I would propose), and the term is used to describe people with such preference,,,,,I dont know for now that the book in any way promotes or encourages such people to ACT upon their preference,,,,,and even if it did,,, I still would be concerned about the illegality aspect for the reasons of freedom of speech and artistic license which I explained earlier are protected throughout the entertainment and publishing industries... It would be more consistent to put such pieces on WATCH, use free market and give publishers the right to choose to publish it or not, and the public a right to purchase it or not Leave it to you to defend a Pedophile. |

hey, some can know in advance.
and the tell is IF IT BECOMES KNOWN AS SO. if the facts come to light and prove it. we can call anyone a thief, without it being yet proven in a court of law. and then the law proves beyond a perponderance if it was so. the mere act of calling one a thief, is what brings forth investigation. and make no mistake on this one, he has LARGE CHILD INDISCREPENCIES. i state such with no problem. now, the only thing bad would be to go to his house, and execute him myself. that is left to the law. but he will fry. oh yea. they are gonna dig out all his crimes, that he thinks he is so smart as to elude detection. he's a narcissist. he believes in his own superior intellect so much, that he gave himself away with the book. predictions lets say. |
