Do we ALWAYS wonder if we are in the moment enough? (conglomerate and plagiarized for sure)......but Do We? Ya ever watched yourself from the outside - in? maybe it's just me? Help!

Probably we do do...if were not we should be. If awareness is half the battle and I believe it is... then wondering is being aware, that would put us on the right track to being aware OF living in the moment. Being detached and becoming the 'observer' ..watching from the outside 'in' can't be bad, if it is, I'm bad. Gives a much broader perspective and is usually more entertaining and humorous. It's like when YOU fall up the stairs it hurts, everyone else laughs. Life is so much better when we step out of our ego and become the observer....
