Topic: Your type? | |
---|---|
So, what is your type? Do you want to be with someone with many of the same interests as you? Do you want someone who likes to get out and do things a lot or more of a homebody? What would be the characteristics of your ideal partner? (And, don't say honest, trustworthy and caring. We ALL want that!)

(((Ruth))) hmmmm my type has similar interests but I don't need the same as long as we respect and appreciate that we have different interests... I want someone who has a sense of humor and who is intelligent.. He doesn't have to be Einstein but above average intelligence is my preference... I stay away from men that are agro at women b/c their last gf or wife screwed them over... Also a decent career is a must...

Honest, trustworthy and caring. Haha.
No, I like someone that has some of my interests or it just won't work, but enough different interests that it can create good conversation. Really, I just want someone that likes ice cream as much as I do. |

Your asking far too many questions, I think she's a spy

Funny, intelligent, independent and responsible. I have to be able to laugh with him and then have a serious conversation. He has to have his own friends and life other than me--not the clingy type. He should be someone that I can turn to for advice and he is intelligent and mature enough to be able to understand a situation and discuss it with me but not expect me to follow his advice without question.
I know---Good Luck to me |

I don't have a type and I don't think we have to like ALL the same things, or be together every minute of the day.
These are the things that are important to me A spiritual edge Open mindedness An appreciation for nature Similar core values An understanding of the 'human connection' The ability to allow me to be myself One who wants to adore and be adored Never thought I was asking for much, now I wonder why 'he' is so elusive... |

You know Ruthie, I really do not
go for types. Life can pass you right by that way. I try to leave myself open to whatever is fresh on the market. Even if it is a wee spoiled :-) I just do not know what shape, age or size it will come in, so I dare not speculate. Having said that, I do have a thingy for the talls :-) That is just my body though, the brain kicks in a milli-second behind. |

I think there has to be some shared interests or enjoyments. There has to be some common ground so you can vacation or spend time together doing something you both like. So, I could never be happy with a guy who only likes Nascar, hunting and porn.
