And women are total audio fools. Generally, men are attracted by what they see; women by what they hear. Since talking is easier and cheaper than doing, in that regard at least, men have the advantage, one of the few that we as men have left. Wouldn't it be nice if men and women didn't play so many games? Ah, but would life be any fun without the games? Um, who told you this?  I'm not attracted by what I hear, I'm attracted by what I see. everything begins with attraction....its a fact.. its human nature to go for what is appealing to the eye...i don't feel going for what is appealing to you is shallow...so you can honestly say that if you were in a room of 10 men and had to choose one to go out with for the night,and all you get to go by is what you see...that you wouldn't go to the one you were drawn to? of course your not going to go for the ugliest man in the room..then again who you pick, might not be who i would pick..its called taste...we all have different taste, hence attraction. now a shallow man to me would be...one who met you all dolled up and liked you, then saw you once plain jane and then decided he didn't want to be with you. so i guess i must be shallow to...because looks do matter, because i wouldn't be drawn to an ugly man to begin with?

I dont think men are shallow, i think they like round objects and bright colors. bouncy things..etc. This is why a lot of guys who get with women that ONLY have physical attrativeness going for them don't have lasting, meaningful relationships of substance outside of the guy getting kudos from people about how lucky he is. I hear it too often..." yeah she's my girl, but i don't like her." so shallow, maybe but Simple.. very

I think you are correct for the most part, but don't accuse me of being shallow or anybody else you haven't met. I don't think looks are that important, but if I see someone who is fat and nasty I don't think they are bad people, they just don't have respect for themselves.

you got the wrong impression about Calleigh. she's not a playa at all, i've just seen her get sick of the sh|t that men have been dishing out to her. you can always read her posts, and that'll be proof enough. one should never judge by first, or any impressions, lest we put people in boxes, tucked away in your stereotype, and then they are not allowed to grow. we all grow, and although we may have patterns, we need to break out of those moulds and stretch ourselves out, and run on the highway to get the carbon out, so to speak, and refresh ourselves for we become different than we were five minutes ago, or morphed completely from a year from now.....
always good to have a wide-open mind.....you never know who will be trying to swim in it......good luck!
