could be she ran away because her parents said no to dating an adult.....who knows the actual reason. Some kids will run away because they think it's their life and their parents should have no say and shouldn't tell them to go to school or clean their room. could be something worse...again...who knows.

The men could be charged with aggravated sexual assault, as well....IF threat to harm, force or coercion can be proven. as the very least it's statutory rape

She is 12. The 12 year olds that I know don't know that law. Three-fourths of them haven't had a period yet. They're not even fully developed.

Yes, she did wrong. There are consequences in juvenile. Hopefully she will get counseling. Thank God she's not dead. The men are pedophiles in my eyes. I feel that they should be punished harshly.

I would bet big money there is some serious dysfunction in this girl's family background, and we don't know the whole story here either.
Some majorly monitored probation with expungement of the girls record if she stays out of trouble, not for punitive measures but to have a social service agency keep a close eye on this girl.
