I just found out that my step-grandmother (that I'm not close to and haven't seen since my mom's weeding 20 yrs ago) is in the hospital with an STD. she was raped in her nursing home. my mom and step-dad are on their way to Corsicana. Hopefully with my step-dad being retired cop...he can push this along and get to the bottom of it all |

sick people I tell ya. in the case of the OP...I can see that for whatever reason the girl ran away...that should be dealt with. counseling is the best for this child to get to the bottom of it. but at 12....she can easily be coerced by an adult. These men can take advantage of a child especially if they are having any problems at home (whether they are little teenage things or something more serious)
