dan...my point is there is something fishy about the accusations. when the parents allow it without a care in the world...then settle with MJ's insurance for money after he was already acquitted. smells fishy to me. and the parents are sick I read that Jordy's and his dad are suing each other now In 2006, Jordan Chandler accused his father of abuse. Being accused means a person did it?
No one is ever declared innocent under the law, because no man (human really) is innocent. They can be declared not guilty or not proven guilty (that can very state to state) but they cannot be declared innocent. The only thing that happened in court with JM was that they found there was not enough evidence to prove him guilty (that's our so called innocent till proven guilty thing) He was not proven to be not guilty just not proven to be guilty. |
