a picture of him dangling his baby over the side of a balcony with a towel wrapped over its head makes him a creep in my eyes.

and it takes away from any of his musical achievements; all i will ever remember him being is an child abuser. if he wasn't who he was, that child would have been removed from his care, and it should have.

Removed and be given to whom? The children's mother, who gave up all her rights to those children because she didn't want them?

it's a toss up between madonna or angelina jolie laugh

when a 9 year old kid can accurately describe and draw the birthmark patterns on a man's p.enis then something inapropriate has happened

and still just a part of a big pattern

because it's Michael we try desperately to shoot down and debunk every accusation and deny that he could ever do such a thing. but there are just TOO many of them

if it had been any other man in the world the villagers would have come out with torches and pitchforks

Fetts, are you asking me why I would NOT be cruel?

cruelity would have nothing to do with it if it were fact.

i threw out a couple jokes and a couple opinions. thats all they were as tasteless as that may be. i feel bad for the people who loved MJ but im not saddened by his death. i feel bad for billy mays' wife for finding him dead. ed mcmahons death made me think about a simpler time in life and farrah, well i feel bad for ryan oneal knowing he will be lost without her.

people come and go, and jokes will be made and life will go on.
id rather celebrate the living for nowhappy

Okay tasteless. I used the word cruel. Classless would be another. I'll say this and I am done with this topic. I 'embraced" death when it meant an end to my husband's suffering. I certainly don't poke fun at it, as everyone, be it famous or not, is someone to somebody. And some family out there hurts. Perhaps it just hits too close to home. And even if someone was a jerk or what ever in my own opinion, I would not voice it at their death. What good does that do? Again, that's just me. And somehow I'm guessing that the loved ones of those that are ill now, would not find these same jokes funny later.

So-called descriptions of which were not allowed in court by the judge. Circumstantial evidence at best. Notwithstanding that, the judge ruled that the drawings and invasive photographs were more prejudicial than probative.

Here you go, direct from wikipedia:

In 2009, after the death of Michael Jackson, Chandler admitted he had lied and that in fact Jackson had never abused him.

I don't care if the million dollar lawyers were able to keeop it from being entered in court. just the fact that a nine year can accurately describe it shows that Jackson has been naked in front of the kid

like I said you can bat down each individual circumstance but that doesnt keep it from being a part of an overall patter

It wasn't the so-called "million dollar lawyers" who kept it from being entered in court, it was the judge.

Robin, a pattern does NOT constitute guilt!

Jesus, I could see some of the people on these boards being interviewed for jury duty:

"Oh, yeah, I'd make a GREAT juror, because I can spot a guilty person just like *snaps fingers* THAT!!"

I always thought it was the space between their eyes was how you could tell...

That and yeah I may be a bad person because I would feel no love loss for Britany but in reality here is a list of celebrities I would LOVE to see buy it from freak accidents and natural causes like Lightning strikes and shark bites:

Louis Farokahn
Reverend Al Sharpton
Jessie Jackson
Hilary Clinton
Most of Congress for that matter... Bunch of idiots!
The ACLU
The NAACP
TV Evangelists
Bin Laden (preferably eaten by pigs!)
Ted Turner

Just loosing these idiots would let people think clearer...

But then again who am I to judge???

I'm just a nobody...

Then again...

People can kiss my banana!

Feels good!

I know, I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Bad...pitchfork

Man, they are dropping like flies...

Billy Mays of TV advertising fame is now dead at 50. That makes at least five celebrities to die in a week!

What the HECK! What next? A plane crash takes out KISS?

Damn...

Ain't life funny or what?

Really not funny in the least. I don't understand why people are so amazed by "celebrities" dying. Thousands of people die each. None are less or more significant and important than the are.

But so many people want to live vicariously through celebrities all the time! Then they need gossip about when someone important (to them dies). Now when an Icon dies? Who momma! Look at how fuqued up people were about Elvis Presley dying. He died sitting on a toilet with a bible in his hand from a massive overdose.

Welcome to the cult of personality! Some would argue that Michael Jackson dying was karma. He got the easy way out. So many people want to live fast and die young. So many others don't have a life at all.

Nutn but suckas and fools!

SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Why did they all wait until he died instead of admit it while he was alive to exonerate him? To get rid of the accusations? To clear his name? Seems you care more about defending him than the people who know him.

Who knows why they waited. Realization of what they'd done was wrong? Who knows. Does it really matter When they came forward or just that they did?
