Overheard on a talk show about a guy who was thrown out of court...TWICE...for wanting to establish...essentially...his anti-parental rights... He engaged in PROTECTED consensual sex with a woman...AFTER telling her that he did NOT want to conceive any children. Well, no B.C. is 100% effective & she chose to have the baby... If a woman has the right to determine whether or not she wants to become a mother...whether by abortion or carrying the baby to term...why doesn't a man have the right to determine whether or not he wants to be a father? Should there be a pre-coital legal agreement that both could sign BEFORE intercourse & ACCIDENTAL conception? Thoughts? Poor guy, I can relate. Well not really but I don't want any damn kids either  
This brings up a good point, too. I don't want kids, but can't find a doctor in the state who will do a tubal so I don't have to worry about it. I either have to have popped out 3 kids before a certain age, or be past a certain age, 45, I think. Or married with an agreement from hubby. F that!!! |
