I do agree that men's rights in this regard have been overlooked or are non-existant. That being said I agree that a pre nup type of agreement may be in order.

We are in a scenario where, the guy should just accept that when he cums inside a woman what happens from then on is up to her. It's in her body!!!!

I think that the lawyer who can make that happen will certainly be doing us ALL a great service! And it should be pretty affordable, too. I feel that once it's down on paper, it might make the responsibility a lil more "real" for people...maybe they won't be quite as enthusiastic about jumping in bed & getting pregnant...just a thought...

Exactly, so her right to choose is her's alone, seeing she signed her right to child support away with the pre-coital contract. I think anybody with a law background could write up a binding contract, that would give the male equal rights. Wow, men getting equal rights just sounds so alien.

At the end of the day, if I ever accidentally get someone pregnant and she wants to take me to court, I'm gonna get a court order for her to return my semen. And then get thrown in jail for contempt or something.

Bottom-line here is, whether we like it or not, we all need to take responsibility for our actions!!!!!

and yes me and her talked about this before it happened i said no she said yes i said on well time to get the protection goign on my self come to find out she stoped the pill and did her little thing to interfer onthe safty i was was using.

so is it right for me to get the pay for some thign never wated and was clearly all her doing.

now if it was an opps and i was not useing protection i think its a nother ball game and i would not be uset about it but thats not my case.

here is the real kicker i found out a year later talkign to a girl friend of hers she planed thsi all out for she could have a nother kid and have the state help her out for she would not need to work

That's what we're striving for her, responsibility for her actions, if she wants to keep it, she can, but not milk us(the males) for everything we have for it.

Difference here is, while she can conceive, men can't. She carries the labour for 9 months, and what do we do during that period? Accept this fact of life pal!!!!!

isn't accidental pregnancy a chance you take when having intercourse to begin with........if the man wants 100 % insurance that he won't have to pay child support some time in the future I guess the only recourse is NOT to have sex at all

Well how unfair is that? What if the man wants the child and the woman doesn't? He has no rights whatsoever.

The man always has rights, its just as much his baby as it is hers. After all she didn't get pregnant by herself.

i think that all a man should have to do is get a large tattoo in a fairly obvious place (like his chest) stating that he doesn't want children. that should be enough to absolve him of any rights
the tattoo could read:
"By consenting to have sex with the person attached to this tattoo, you waive all parental responsibilities assumed by said person should a conception event occur."

Any guy can get a snip! I did and darn glad I did, and it can be checked to make sure!!

The contract would be no good.. especially if she is wasted when she signs it.

to me, it's like saying you're gonna walk into a casino, but you want to have a legal agreement that says you don't want to lose any money. i don't think we really need another legality infiltrating our existance, especially when both parties have the right to say no in the first place.
