With a couple of Billion people on the earth... Are You....Single by Choice, or Circumstance? WELL,,it seems that everyone runs from me... It might be my body odor? Or My picking my nose all the time? Then again it could be my gas I seem to have all the time. But when I really think about it, it might be because I never wear any clothes.....NAW,,,,,,,,,,,, thats not it... Maybe my hair falling out all over them and things.. I HAVE IT,,,,its because I DON'T TALK ENOUGH TO THEM... THAT MUST BE IT.... To be real,,its because of my destiny is without anyone right now. So as I know that will change... I am always looking and seeing. But not really acting on any thoughts of a new romance in my life.. UNLESS,,,,,,I have someone who jumps in front of my eyes and mind,lol

I'm single mostly by circumstance. However, since I've pretty much given up actively looking, I'm pretty much staying single by choice.

Both but more choice than circumstance. Choice because I left my marriage and am better off for it. Choice because - as SingMeSweet said - I won't date someone just to be dating. Circumstance because the right one hasn't come along.

I've chosen not to compromise my standards, not to lose sight of what's important to me, what I want in a relationship. It seems that I have considerable access to people who are wholly incompatible with me. The circumstantial part comes in because it's difficult for me to believe there really aren't ANY viable prospects out there -- I see this as a circumstance of geography, to a large extent, as well as a dearth of constructive connections. Those things can be changed though. I agree completely with this!
