Okay let's face it: Signing up for a dating site wasn't exactly my first option for meeting someone, but since my options are limited, I guess I'll have to take my chances. But look, don't waste my time by contacting me if you have no intention of getting to know me or you are in to head games. I'm a single mom of two kids(one is a baby and the other is almost a teenager)so if that part doesn't interest you in the least, please just p me by because as you already know they are part of the package. And no there is no compromise when it comes to them. I'm pushing 40 years old so just like most people my age (male or female) I'm pretty much set on how my life is and what kind of person I want to meet. I don't plan on relocating so if you're thinking of persuading me to do that, well you might as well get that idea out of your head. And let's be realistic. Just like every other single parent out there, I live a VERY busy lifestyle juggling kids, home, and work so please don't expect me to just drop what I'm doing just to make time for you. It will never happen. I do need time to schedule something like that out and no I just can't do it in a couple of days. So this is me, this is how I am. Take it or leave it. I pretty much tell it like it is, and I expect others to do the same. Now for the blah blah blah part... About me...I'm looking to make new friends and if it develops into a something more...Great! If not, well I gained a new friend either way. I like going out to dinner, movies, dancing. I like to cook, especially on the grill. I like playing pool, and I also like playing online poker. I love to garden and work with flowers. I am very family oriented and spend a lot of time doing things with my daughters. I am a people-person and I love having friends in my life, but I also like my personal time as well. When I'm with someone, I can be just as happy going out on the town (dinner and a movie, lol) as I can be just sitting at home watching TV. I love going on long walks on warm evenings. I appreciate the little things that a person does just as much as the big things. As for the guy I'm looking for, well I would hope that he has a lot of same interests as me and can also bring some of his own interests into the picture. I'm up for learning new things.
