Tell them you are concerned about their health. Work on it together...even if you do not need to diet yourself. Make healthy choices together. Do activities together that do not focus on going out to eat...like hiking, walks, just spending time together being active in some aspect.

i wouldn't unless it was to the point where i was concerned about his health... how much of a shallow ass do you have to be to do that? if he likes the way he is, i generally will too...

if he gets big enough to make me scared for his health, i will just come straight out and tell him my concerns...

If someone is recommended to change their diet or start/increase exercise by their doctor or they want to, that's one thing. Otherwise? I believe if you are healthy, fit, and feel good about yourself and the way you look, another person's wanting or needing you to go on a diet is their issue, not yours.

Yell 'moooo...' when they walk past you. When they step in your car, say "one at a time, please!". Do the inflated cheeks-and-simulated-rotund-belly-thing-with-your-hands when you see them eating. When at a restaurant, ask if they're having two of the "specials" with a diet coke.

Generally speaking fat people know that they are fat.

If you are dating someone, and you want them to loose weight, then try to make your relationship activities more healthy.

If you choose to eat healthier, and stop snacking on junk food, they will likely cut back on that type stuff as well.

Even going bowling instead of sitting around watching TV can have healthy benefits.
