My step mom when I was a kid had a strict rule... we were only allowed 4 squares...

I have heard the same complaint.

Depends on the toilet paper really. If you use a thick brand, you only need a couple. If its the el cheapo kind of stuff, you will probably need three times as much. *shrugs*
