i dont know but in europe you cant flush it you have to put it in the trash can. What a load of crap! If that statement has any truth to it, then it should read "in parts of europe".

take 1 sheet of paper fold in half tear out a thumb size square keep this, insert finger into square wipe, take thumb square to clean under finger nail.
