Living even though sometimes you really would rather not. In the slightest. Convincing yourself will live and fearlessly going on, even though you know that may not be the case. Doing it because you have to, for yourself and for those you love who necessarily depend on you. |

I was brave once. Afraid of heights and I went up on the highest scaffolding possible to work.
One day I finished taping up a certain part of trim overhang (for stuccoing) and looked around for one of my gloves, looked down and it was still falling. And the thought struck me... I'm too high up. Braveness means disregarding danger in the interest of an objective. |
