that the more we can't have something/one, the more we want it/them?

I used to get upset or stressed out in that situation, but now that I'm older, I just have the attitude of "Oh well".
I mean if there's no way I can have it, then what's the point of getting all upset about it. It's not like it will up my chances or anything. |
