So is there two sides of the coin always. The bottom line is to be happy with who and what you are and not make excuses for the short comings either embrace them or do something about it. WELL SAID! ...many of us "aren't happy" with our bodies overall (tall, thin, heavy, etc) and probably don't really know what normal is supposed to even look like! I've got to work very hard to stay healthy...and THAT should really be the focus. Would I like to delete the "few extra pounds" line from my profile...SURE! But what I do in terms of fitness has to be for HEALTH first...and about taking care of myself instead of trying to impress anyone else (however if someone else gets to enjoy my fitness efforts, that's fine too!  )
On that note, I'm outta here in about 5 minutes cuz it's breaking daylight and I have to do my daily interval run/walk...even if the bod fights change, I'm committed to doing what I can for good health - buying pants that fit is an added bonus :) |

I have been very thin and I have been a bit heavy..........I still have curves and love them. I eat healthy and I work out.........so these curves are here to stay whether a man likes them or not......LOL

While looking for my type on the outside, if I meet someone who I like, based on how they look, then find out they have a negitive attitude, or outlook on life in general, I will not be with them...I will remain their friend, in the hopes of helping them learn how to open there mind to a more positive perspective... |
