Who in the **** cares...Honestly, I get tired of this "nice guy" dribble just like everyone else that has been here for at least a year. If you are nice, cool, if not, cool...I don't give a flyin' **** and I don't need to be reminded every time you feel like you are only a small portion of the world, which, you are anyway. 
No offense, but if you are so sick and tired of it..dont come into these threads, u saw the title didnt you? Nice copout...All good if you don't want to see the forest from the trees, but generally speaking people create topic to become smarter, or learn something. If and when a thread is created that doesn't at any time want to take into account differing opinions, they are useless, because they do not promote discussion. One sided glasses doesn't make you better than anyone, they generally make you more blind than everyone else.
Then maybe you should trade in your one sided glasses? Just a suggestion. Why would I? No one else here is.

This forum seriously needs a search function, or hell, just sticky one of the literally, hundreds of nice guy threads so I don't have to see one every couple of weeks, right above one just like it...Which is like the one on page two...After you've seen as many as I have, you're just trying to get it into these people's heads that it doesn't ****in' matter.

I get what you are saying, dont get me wrong, but there are so many people, and some of them dont go into the forums and look back at any threads, they just start one right up without even browsing. It seems to happen on a lot of different subjects.....(shrug) |

If "nice guys" can create whiny threads all the time, then I see no problem with others giving their opinion on "nice guys" and their threads. Seriously, though, these threads tend to take over sometimes. There are a lot of them. They even spill over into other threads. Not everyone is going to pat them on the head and say "poor baby, I know it sucks to be the nice guy. It will be ok." |

Since I just started in the forums, I have no idea what is going on. I only wandered in to see what people thought a nice guy was.
Everyone I know says I'm one. But people have misconceptions (pansies, floor mats,etc) of what a nice guy is. Those are nice pushovers, but not a nice man, imho. I have not time to whine, I enjoy it! So don't pat me on the head, I might bite! 
I am surprised this thread is still popping up and not "dying." |

Well with all the people who come n go so rarely and the people that are just joining and not sure about how everything works. its just common courtesy to not bash their thread. If someone wants to post in a thread that pertains to their particular topic and is in flow with contribution of that topic then that is one thing, but just to go in and bash a topic is downright rude. Give 'em a break. Consider the source, 25 yo male. Hasn't seen the world and done anything yet, unless he's an Iraqi/Afghan war veteran. He seems to be missing common courtesy the military imbues on you though. So he is young and brash. Big deal. let's celebrate!
