Uhh evolution does actually exist and can be proven. I am not saying this is the case for humans, but in other places in the animal kingdom it is the case. There are animals that have evolved to better suit their environment.

They have bones of prehistoric men with different bone structures, african americans have black skin because their people evolved that way to help shield their skin from sun light. We have different races because the people adapted differently based on where they lived.

Many animals evolved different forms of camouflage fur/skin etc for better survivability and more.

What do you mean coming from a place that has not dealt with fundamentalist christians? I am from Louisiana which is in the Bible belt. I was born and raised a Catholic. I am religious, I just tend to make my own decisions on the subject. I am fine with people having any beliefs they want, but trying to say certain things are true or not true when either they can't be proven either way, or there is evidence to the contrary requires my attention.

Also where did the races come from if everyone came from "adam and eve" if you are going by the bible. You can't disprove evolution, so you can't claim it as false. If we lowly humans can write a computer program that can learn and actually adjust and "get smarter" then whoever (God or whoever) designed DNA programs for life forms certainly would have designed "smart" ones that could learn and pass that learning onto their descendants via cellular memory or DNA or however that works.

An animal reacts on instinct and that instinct is a DNA program. A snake is born or hatched (whichever) with full knowledge on how to hunt prey and survive. It is not a learned thing, it is in the snake's programming or memory.

Many life forms are born with the knowledge of how to survive and what to do. This is programing. They adapt with every generation. This is memory at work. This is how evolution works.

A caterpillar changes into a butterfly and on it wings is a picture of a pair of eyes with a pupil and even a little white light as a reflection in the pupil. This painting of these two eyes frighten predators who think they are looking at a larger animal when they are faced to face with these eyes. I have a very hard time believing this painting is a random accident. Some intelligence is going on here.

It is a program for survival which is a learning program and it is an automatic thing that involves memory.

There is a creative force and the programming for life has been in place long since the earth was formed. Evolution is obvious everywhere you look. For anyone to think that it is not is crazy. But for an atheist, who thinks there is no intelligence involved with this creation, he is also nuts.

The battle between these two mind sets is silly. Neither one has the whole picture. I can't imagine there is not a creative force behind it, and I can't imagine there is no evolution because I seen it in nature every where I look.
