I'm always too thin when I'm not in a relationship. I think it's both appetite related and being less eager to cook for one.

I'm not too skinny...I gots curves I do tend to lose too much weight in summer...cos I don't like to eat much when its hot. I excercise daily for musle tone...not to lose weight. How much the scale says doesn't matter if you aren't toned. Muscle weighs more than fat...so the scale should rise some when you weight train but you will still look like you lost weight.

I think everyone has body-image issues and everyones entitled to think a certain way about themselves. The only problem I have is if someone is thinking in an unhealthy way and tries to get too skinny without realizing the consequences. They should know they can get hurt and I worry for both their physical and mental well being.
