I think the odds of other intelligent/sentient life out there are pretty good, especially with String Theorys 24(?) dimensions and more via Spectral Repetition Theory. I'd question the motives of anyone traveling vast distances to get HERE. You never know, we might be the irrestistable Scooby Snack to some alien.

yes there is life on other planets.....are they smarter then us only time will tell.....many beleive that they have already been here off and on throughout the life of earth but i am not really sure if i agree with that 100%

If alien life has the ability to communicate and travel through space, they also have the capability of producing nuclear weapons..... Anyway, it's pretty interesting. He just addressed this issue here recently. I recommend checking it out, if your interested.
