well then i guess they should either increase the size or legalize a lot of victim less crimes not take away the rights of the person that is like telling nascar they have to change the rules to let someone become involved that is unable to at this time increase the size of government? It needs to be shrunk well i never said govt i meant the court system (i know it is a part of the govt) but either you follow the constitution or you do not you can not pick and choose the parts you want if that is the case you might as well throw it out all together and i do not think you want that (but i may be wrong)

if you are innocent until proven guilty then why are you imprisoned in the first place.if the evidence is irrefutable then why have a trial?All justice is about is who has the most money for a good lawyer.I hope the guy wins this suit and if proven guilty has to pay back court costs.

he wanted to eat tell he was full he shouldnt of stabbed someone.

he wanted to eat tell he was full he shouldnt of stabbed someone. **An inmate awaiting trial** and possible health issues of loss of over 20pounds a month (since sept) is a fair concern he has not had his trial yet or should that not matter as rob says he should be a slave for his confinement tho the 13th amendment prohibits such actions

put his ^ss in a chain gang.......maricopa county AZ.....criminals are treated as criminals ,not...better than we are......most jails in the US treat the crooks better than single mothers or fathers, and people on welfare.... truer words have never been spoken. Prison used to be a thing to fear, now they recruit people off the streets to be incarcerated to improve their gang numbers in prison. Make jails and prison something to be feared again this is your post at the bottom of page 2 rob supporting him being put on a chain gang tho never convicted of anything and you also say he should have to work to pay the cost of his incarceration as he is not convicted of anything that is a violation of the ---- 13th ammendment ==. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the *party shall have been duly convicted,* shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. ---- but i would ignore this if i was you as well
