I have more me time....I work out a little more, since i usually do anyway....but I take myself places....i hike & bring my camera & just enjoy the natural beauty of the world.....i love being single & when in a relationship i love being together....

It's the best way to lose dead weight.....
last b/f I lost 230 lbs and 2 rotten kids one before that I lost about 175lbs and 2 rotten kids, and constant fighting, and oh the list could go on with that one. ex husband I lost passive agressive behaviour, can't lose his weight, he loves his daughter..... |

With every past heartache, I've become a stronger person...
I truly believe that everything happens for a reason in my life. All that has happened in the past has lead me to where I am right now. Things have never been better...there is a small problem of over 1700 miles though. I believe that will not be an obstacle forever. It will all work out in the end, I'm sure of it!!! ![]() |

The good thing is that I take them out on the treadmill. Helps me get motivated again. For example, last fall, I was working out all the time, but between switching jobs and working too much and talking online with a person all the time, I got out of the habit. Gained a few pounds. We finally started seeing each other, and for some reason, every time I start dating, I gain 5 pounds. Now I take it out on the tread mill. I don't spend as much time on the computer. WOOT. Yeah for motivation to workout. So what is a good thing that results for you when things end? ![]() ![]() They teach you more of what you want in life, and from yourself. |

Bike trails beware. I get extra aggressive when mountain biking which in turn helps me shed poundage.
