Well it has been a whirlwind and now I am sort of, but not really settled in Spokane, WA. New job and a new life, here is to new starts in general.

Well I am in a LDR and I have to admit it is tough not being with her on a daily basis. I miss her smile, her touch and the way she looks at me. We are the circumstance of the recession, I have a job 2.5 hours from her. But we talk, a lot. With not being there with her, I don't see her body language when she is talking so I ask more questions to get the correct answer. Work work work is what it takes for any relationship.

 I haven't started yet, I am still waiting for my funding package from the VA, but until then I am going to try and find a job so I can keep myself busy. I hate idle time I am doing well. My first batch of finals are finished and now I can have some fun this week.

Everything is going well here.
I have started college once more, after a 20 year absence, skiing, family, and oh ya work. Pretty busy right now. I do wish I could do something for you, I don't like seeing my friends bummed. |

All is good. It is snowing up here and I have started college to get my degree. So no rest for the wicked they say.

It will I like my online courses and being able to do the work when I can.
Well I am off and running this morning, talk at you later. Probably online. Initially I have to go to the college to register, but then I can take online courses Should alleviate some of the stress Oh no Merle you are normal. Yup I know all about the anxiety. But you know what else I found, being seasoned helps you focus on school better. So in person college or online?

Glad to hear it. I am going to start college soon  and I am stressing over that, especially at my age Doing well. Still trying to find the balance between work, family, school, and skiing. But it is getting better. Baby steps Merle. One foot in front of the other. You will do fine. |
