Cheryl Mills's Legal Privileges: The Evidence of a Politicized Clinton Probe Keeps Building

The more we learn about the Justice Department’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email, the worse it looks. The latest revelation is that, along with granting immunity to two Clinton aides, Justice agreed to secret side deals that provided highly unusual protections from potential prosecution.

The side agreements came to light this week in a letter from House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte to Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Mr. Goodlatte says he learned about the side deals by examining the immunity agreements, which haven’t been released to the public.

Everyone should know by now that any Town Hall, interview, or what they have called a "presser" to this point with Clinton has been totally scripted and rehearsed. It has even been noted she wears an earpiece during most interviews.... even with scripted liberal media reporters conducting them. If it wasn't necessary (due to health issues and Clinton's actual 180 degree view from her campaign rhetoric which she has trouble remembering) she would not have gone over 300 days without and actual press confrontation to address REAL questions.

Even at her 1st debate with Trump, if Lester Holt had not been told (and she informed of it) to avoid pressing her on her questions and answers (unlike he did Trump) she probably would have found a way to avoid it.

Leaked memo shows Clinton was provided questions ahead of interview

Feds, state officials look into Kankakee voter fraud allegations

The flurry of voter fraud and intimidation allegations and counter allegations swirling through Kankakee County has caught the attention of state and federal officials.

A day after Kankakee officials announced an investigation into voter fraud, including allegations that “individuals from Chicago” were offering gifts in exchange for votes, the top federal attorney for central Illinois and Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan paid the city a visit.

Illinois Attorney General’s office spokeswoman Maura Possley said her office is “actively monitoring” the situation.

Kankakee County State’s Attorney Jamie Boyd disclosed the investigation on Tuesday, sparking a war of words and accusations between the Illinois Democratic Party and the Illinois Republican Party.

Republicans tried to keep the heat on Wednesday, launching a voter fraud hotline.

The probe is centered on a hotly contested race between Democratic State Rep. Kate Cloonen and her Republican challenger Lindsay Parkhurst. The race is among the most expensive House races this election cycle.

While Boyd said the investigation was opened in response to allegations that “gifts” were offered to voters by “individuals from Chicago” in exchange for votes for Cloonen, presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and “others,” union leaders and former Democratic officials turned the tables, saying instead that voters had been “harassed and intimidated” by local officials, including the state’s attorney’s office, sheriff’s office and county clerk.

Obama’s tragic admission: He’s learned nothing as president

News flash: President Obama didn’t learn anything in eight years in the White House. And he’s proud of it.

As Obama admitted in an interview with New York magazine: “If you go back and you read speeches I made when I was running for the US Senate in 2003, or if you go back further and you look at statements I made when I was on the Harvard Law Review, my worldview is pretty consistent.”

The comment was a point of pride, which makes it doubly tragic. Once the smartest man in the room, always the smartest man in the room.

Never mind that the world is on fire, that America is polarized, angry and scared. Or that ObamaCare is a sick patient, that the economy is growing at a snail’s pace and that many cities are racial war zones.

It’s not Obama’s fault. None of it. He would do it all again.

With voters fixated on his successor, Obama is fixated on his legacy. A large part of his effort on the way out the door is explaining what he did, and insisting that what he did was right. Always.

On Tuesday morning, detectives served a search warrant for the business offices of the Indiana Voter Registration Project, located at 2425 North Meridian Street, Suite A, in downtown Indianapolis.

The investigation was launched in late Aug. 2016 alleging fraudulent voter application information into Hendricks and Marion counties.

From there, it expanded to Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Lake and Madison counties.

There are few details at this point, and the investigation is ongoing. Police report the affidavit and search warrant have been sealed for 30 days.

Obama DOJ drops charges against alleged broker of Libyan weapons

Arms dealer had threatened to expose Hillary Clinton’s talks about arming anti-Qadhafi rebels.

The Obama administration is moving to dismiss charges against an arms dealer it had accused of selling weapons that were destined for Libyan rebels.

Lawyers for the Justice Department on Monday filed a motion in federal court in Phoenix to drop the case against the arms dealer, an American named Marc Turi, whose lawyers also signed the motion.

The deal averts a trial that threatened to cast additional scrutiny on Hillary Clinton’s private emails as Secretary of State, and to expose reported Central Intelligence Agency attempts to arm rebels fighting Libyan leader Moammar Qadhafi.

Government lawyers were facing a Wednesday deadline to produce documents to Turi’s legal team, and the trial was officially set to begin on Election Day, although it likely would have been delayed by protracted disputes about classified information in the case.

A Turi associate asserted that the government dropped the case because the proceedings could have embarrassed Clinton and President Barack Obama by calling attention to the reported role of their administration in supplying weapons that fell into the hands of Islamic extremist militants.

John Yoo: The Ultra-Secret Obama White House Ignores Our Constitution (Again)

As the Obama administration runs out the clock on its second term, it seeks to hide ever more of its policies from public scrutiny. One of the most extreme examples is the White House’s attempt to invoke presidential privilege, which is reserved for the most important national security, military, and diplomatic affairs, to conceal documents about housing. Yes, housing.

However, U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Margaret Sweeney, once again, has affirmed that our Constitution presumes people should have access to the information needed to secure justice and only in the most narrow circumstances can the government deny access to that information.

In an opinion made public this week, she rejected in its entirety the government’s argument for not allowing access by Fairholme Funds’ lawyers to nearly 60 documents relating to the Net Worth Sweep of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s profits.

In the 80-page opinion, she took apart every claim of privilege the government asserts. With her decision, investors’ lawyers will have a chance to look at the emails, briefing documents, forecasts and other communication they believe go the heart of their claim that the Sweep was an unconstitutional taking of property. In addition, Judge Sweeney was so unconvinced of the need for secrecy that she also ordered the government to explain why it should not have to pay Fairholme’s legal fees incurred when filing this motion.

If Deutsche Bank goes under — and it may indeed totally collapse — it will be a weapon of mass destruction many times larger than the failure of Lehman Brothers in 2008.

It has $46 TRILLION in derivatives on its books with immeasurable counterparty risk.

It’s facing up to a $14 billion fine from the U.S. Department of Justice for its role in the 2008/09 crisis and refuses to pay it — because it can’t afford to.

What is vulnerable is Deutsche Bank’s business model, since it is obligated to invest its large German deposit surplus in German government bonds. With a sovereign debt crisis looming, that’s a recipe for disaster.

With an estimated 3.4% return on tangible equity for 2016, Deutsche Bank is worse than other banks in Europe, which is half the total of 6.8% for all institutions on the Continent, according to financial services firm Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. U.S.-based banks are projected to have a 10.6% return.

as explained before,, if she were touting a cheating husband for marriage, that would be a relevant issue

utilizing someone in the area of their skill level, is how employment works

he succeeded in creating jobs, so that expertise makes him a logical choice in the area of CREATING JOBS

Only the house and senate can create law and policy. Bill Clinton had little to do with any of that as POTUS

yeah , I know

its amazing when people are held directly responsible and when its not really them thats responsible

Byrd had left the KKK by the time Hilary was even born,, I Doubt she was calling him her mentor during that time

it is easy to respect someone who has EVOLVED over their years and became wiser

I am not Trumps accountant, so Im unsure where people get their FACTS about his financial losses and the reasons for them

but aside from all the negative guilt by association that the public loves,,,

,,,,,,,what else would people talk about?

what the candidates have actually done RIGHT in their lives? no

whether the candidates have even TRIED to be a service to their country and/or community? no

oh, I did

I never denied she said he mentored her or befriended her

I refuted that it happened when he was 'grand wizard' of kkk, as he left that group during the time she was first being born

Ed. Note: This is a Newsmax exclusive excerpt from Ed Klein's new book "Guilty as Sin," which is being released Tuesday Oct. 4.

Chapter 16 "High Noon in the Oval"

You could always tell from the look in his eye when James Comey had his Irish up.

And the FBI director had that killer look right now.

It was January 29, 2016, and an aide had just handed Comey a printout of today's White House press conference by Josh Earnest, the president's spokesman. There, marked for Comey's attention, was Earnest's response to a reporter who had asked whether Hillary Clinton was likely to be indicted as a result of the FBI's investigation into her personal emails.

"Based on what we know from the Department of Justice," Earnest said, "it does not seem to be headed in that direction."

Based on what we know!

"How does Earnest know anything?" Comey asked.

It was a rhetorical question.

Uniformed FBI agents on Attorney General Loretta Lynch's protective detail had informed Comey that Lynch had locked an armful of documents on the FBI investigation into her briefcase and delivered them to the White House. More than once, Lynch had brought along a Justice Department prosecutor who was working on the Hillary case to brief the president's staff.

These briefings between Lynch and the White House (which Lynch publicly denied because they were unethical) had been going on since Comey's investigation began in the summer of 2015. Comey was aware, of course, that his criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton was inevitably linked with the highest possible stakes in American politics. If his agents turned up evidence of criminal wrongdoing on Hillary's part, it would ignite the greatest political firestorm since Watergate. And more likely than not, that would derail Hillary's candidacy for the White House.

But Comey was determined to keep up appearances that he would not be swayed by political considerations. The FBI director's job was to assemble all the facts and make a "referral," or recommendation, to the Justice Department. His say-so carried a lot of weight, but in the end, it was up to Lynch, the nation's chief law enforcement officer, to make the call whether to indict.

And Comey had reason to fear that the outcome was controlled by political forces beyond his control.

It was one of the great ironies of present-day politics that Barack Obama, who viewed the Clintons as his implacable enemy, was now eager to give Hillary a Get Out of Jail Free card, and that his potential opponent to doing this was the man Barack Obama himself had appointed director of the FBI.

Nothing had changed about Obama's feelings toward the Clintons: he still couldn't stomach Bill, and he could barely tolerate Hillary. But he was stuck with Hillary as his party's presidential nominee, and whether he liked it or not, he had to call a truce to their blood feud.

The alternative was unthinkable.

If Hillary was indicted, it would convulse the entire political system, monopolize media coverage, and wreck Obama's final months in office. Even if Hillary hung on and ran for president while under indictment (which she was privately vowing to do), she would almost certainly go down to defeat. A Republican would waltz into the White House. A Republican president, with a complaisant Republican Congress, could undo all of Obama's signature achievements — Obamacare, the Iran nuclear deal, and hundreds of Obama's executive orders.

Kardashian, 35, kept anyone who follows her on social media apprised of her whereabouts while attending Paris Fashion Week last week. She continually shared pictures of her fashion, jewelry, and nights on the town, including one photo where she was flaunting a diamond encrusted grill and her diamond engagement ring.

____________________________________________________________________

I am sure she did flaunt them. The insurance company would want proof that she actually had them on... and there it is.

My money says the jewels are in some tenement building in the Bronx by now, once the heat goes down her husband will send someone over to get them.

But those insurance investigators are street smart as well ;)

we'll see.

Less than 2% of the population will or have served in the military. Less than 10% of those have ever been in combat. The average age of the military is 18-20 year olds..... kids!

It is NOT the troops, it's the system that has failed them!

For proof of this just look at the revelations in the recent VA exposures of corruption and policy failures for personal profit/gains.

Trump is not a politician, doesn't speak or think like one (to his credit... and in our current political thinking of some his discredit), so he doesn't play the PC role of orator that a practiced lying politico like a Clinton, Obama, or Bush might.

A liberal media is quick to find fault, misconstrue, or take out of context the message of his statements.... and why he seems to wear Teflon in many cases by those giving him the benefit in that regard.

Clinton has played the role for years, been in a leadership position, has been on the candidate stage, and can lie freely promising rhetoric with a straight face knowing she will never deliver on her promise..... and get away with it! This has been proven over and over again from White Water to Benghazi to emailgate!

Trump's not perfect, not presidential if you use the standards of the last few decades of leadership..... and why he is probably the best hope of the "choices" (that always makes me laugh.... the "freedom of choice") we are allowed!)

I think its absolutely ridiculous women are held accountable for their husbands choices anyway,,,,

never see this scrutiny with men about their wives choices,,,,its pretty preposterous

why? he was a liar and a cheat, how is that different from hillary?

its preposterous because MEN dont get scrutinized or held accountable based on their wives past choices

the way that WOMEN are regarding their husbands choices

why is it ALWAYS about someone else with liberals? are the libs just not happy with anything?

ask Trump,, who answers so many questionsabout what he would do with 'why havent you?'

or who continues to ask questions about Bill Clinton
wth does Trump have to do with this post?

Trump is the one now spouting out about going into the presidency all clean and holy likelaugh Bill Clinton was cleared of the wrong doings ... just as Hilary has been clears of all of the charges with her emails and Benghazi... and believe me I understand politicians wrong doings ...but Trump may call himself a business man ... but he and his family are not very clean either ... and go to the republicans and ask them about voters fraud... they have lists they send to each other states with names to be use and copied for votes using names that are not legit... and use 3 or 4 times if not more to vote... and they just leaked out Trumps taxes that where not paid ... true or not have know clue yet ... but Clinton was cleared in the Impeachment charges ... whether he chose to pay & admit after his presidency or not... I just know how difficult having to vote this year is ... but Trump has so many things I do not like and few is raciest and does not want people from other country to be allowed in the untied states and build the wall ... come on ... he has taken $ from the leader of the KKK ... that to me is very raciest ... and the way he treats women ... know thank you ... he calls Hilary a puppet... he will have know legs to stand on if elected ...

OMG! noway slaphead You actually believe any of this swill you just barfed up? slaphead noway

Bill was impeached by the house with overwhelming evidence and a self admitted statement of guilt, but a democratic congress would not indict.

Hitlery sang the praises of senator Byrd, welcomed his support and guidance, called him her mentor and a great statesman..... while he was a grand wizard and recruiter for the KKK!

It was also Bill Clinton who declared black youth "super predetors" when implementing his crime bill that has caused so many problems in the justice system for blacks to date!

He is also the creator of NAFTA which has caused the decline and departure of jobs and whole businesses in America for so many yet today.... and Hitlery has said she would put him in charge or reviving the economy if elected. It was NOT Bill's policies that improved the economy during his time in office. His policies were "rewritten" before implementation by a congress that actually worked at the time. He had little to do with any actual success in that area.

Trump also took a HUGE hit on his taxes some years back which allowed him to claim exemptions for many years going forward. It's not that he didn't pay taxes, he had MILLIONS owed him which he claimed for exemption over following years.

Need I go on? It's best to know your facts before you accuse or condemn.... or praise and support! It would seem tho that facts don't matter so much when your gospel is preached from the mouth of a proven liar (Hitlery) and her campaign (proven crooked in their actions and bias against Bernie throughout the primaries.... which cost several, including Wasserman Shultz, their jobs. But no worries, Hitlery was quick to hire the deceiver and liar to her own staff!)

Bill Clinton’s airport run-in with Loretta Lynch was no accident

Bill Clinton’s private jet was cleared for takeoff and was taxiing toward the active runway at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport when a Secret Service agent informed him that Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s plane was coming in for a landing.

“Don’t take off!” Bill barked.

As his plane skidded to a halt and then headed back to its parking space, Bill grabbed a phone and called an old friend — one of his most trusted legal advisers.

It was June 27, 2016 — one year into the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails.

“Bill said, ‘I want to bushwhack Loretta,’ ” the adviser recalled. “ ‘I’m going to board her plane. What do you think?’ And I said, ‘There’s no downside for you, but she’s going to take a pounding if she’s crazy enough to let you on her plane.’

“He knew it would be a huge embarrassment to Loretta when people found out that she had talked to the husband of a woman — the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party — who was under criminal investigation by the FBI,” the adviser continued. “But he didn’t give a damn. He wanted to intimidate Loretta and discredit [FBI Director James] Comey’s investigation of Hillary’s emails, which was giving Hillary’s campaign agita.”

Bill hung up the phone and turned to a Secret Service agent.

“As soon as her plane lands,” he said, “get the attorney general on the phone and say the president would like to have a word with her.”

Once inside Lynch’s plane, Bill turned on the Clinton charm. He gave Lynch’s shoulder an affectionate squeeze and shook hands with her husband, Stephen Hargove.

“Bill said he could tell that Loretta knew from the get-go that she’d made a huge mistake,” his adviser said. “She was literally trembling, shaking with nervousness. Her husband tried to comfort her; he kept patting her hand and rubbing her back.

“Bill made small talk about golf and grandchildren and [former Attorney General] Janet Reno, and he kept at it for nearly a half-hour. It didn’t make any difference what they talked about; all he wanted to do was send a message to everyone at Justice and the FBI that Hillary had the full weight of the Clinton machine, the Democratic Party, and the White House behind her.

“It was clearly tortuous for Loretta. Bill told me later that he noticed there were beads of sweat on her upper lip.”

One week later, Barack Obama invited Hillary to fly with him to North Carolina for a campaign rally. He wouldn’t have let her use two of the greatest symbols of presidential power — Air Force One and the podium with the Seal of the President of the United States — if he thought there was even the slightest chance she was going to be indicted. But Attorney General Lynch had privately assured him that she wouldn’t let that happen, and that the fix was in.

Both parties do it, stretch or break the laws. Same F'n difference!

But it seems it's the Dems who always challenge any ideas, laws, or measures to correct the vote.

Dems always seem to make matters worse for minorities but yet they still vote leaning left. Many probably don't even know they are voting against their own welfare by reason of language or education....or just not caring to know where the candidates agendas and loyalties truly lie.

Now that Obozocare has crashed the labor markets, tax rates and regulations have move our jobs over seas or to Mexico, and our POTUS has decided to spend his last 100 days nailing the coffin shut our liberties, given power over our internet to the UN, is trying to sneak an ACA bailout past taxpayers and congress, been found to know of Hitlery's private server, imported more unvettable refugees sneaking them into unsuspecting communities at night by the bus load..... who do they think is hurt by these actions? Whose schools, jobs, neighborhoods? Are they moving any into Chapaqua? How about our senators or presidents neighborhood?

I expect it, but I am always amazed by the arrogance of knowing they will get away with it. Obozo is right, Clinton is his best replacement to continue his agenda, screw the people, destroy our rights, freedoms and deliver our sovereignty to the power of a foreign body.... all paid for by people suffering to put the next meal on the table.....

And don't forget the promised 65% death tax hike.... you might want to read up on that one!!!!!
