I have a guy that builts my PC's for me.... so I know what Im getting ....but my next one prop wont have microsoft on it Lucky you! I need someone to look at my son's pc. He had a virus and it removed his IP protocols so he can't get online. I figured that much out, but no idea how to fix it. sighhh. I need microsoft office, because of what I do/did/hope to do again for a living.  In plain words, I worked in offices, but am laid off right now.

I have IE7 and the system before Vista ( I am such a computer person). You have xp. I loved xp, vista is a whole new ballgame. alot of things to get used to.
vista came with this pc that I bought. Sadly, I needed a new one cuz the old one was dying and that one never came with operating system cd. I looked at what it would cost to get microsoft office and keep the old pc..but since it was 8 yrs old, and 300.00 for office..i picked up the pc for 500.00 and sucked it up buttercup.

My computer keeps crapping out, blue screen, does anybody know anything about IE 8? Firefox is great if you wish to use it. But, with IE8...I am not having any issues. What do you have for your operating system? I have vista, and that does make it a tad different. Do you have all your new updates? There are updates out there for IE8. I have XP I have heard some bad tales about vista. I was going to update to 8 but have heard some not so good things about that too. I heard all of them too. So far, vista is ok. My biggest issue was figuring out how to play music and talk on the mic at the same time in a chat room. A friend helped me with that, and now I have no real problems with vista. All of your microsoft office pages look different though, and you need to scroll around a bit to find what you are looking for. Just go and do all your new updates, and I think IE may work for you. |

You're never too old or too closed up Tim. Sometimes it just sneaks up on ya. you sound synical.Don't you believe it? Well love is something you should believe in.Instead of fighting it so hard go for it. Find someone you really trust and can get along with and go for it!1 If you have to put alot of effort into it, its not the right one. I agree with you. Being older and knowing more things, I don't think we dive into relationships so fast. They come slower, and maybe with less sparks to begin with, but I feel that when it's the right one..those sparks sure will fly when you allow yourself to open up and trust again.      I have a problem with trusting.... and the only one I trusted didnt have the sparks for me
I think most of us have trust issues..that's why it takes me so long to get to know someone and feel comfy with them. Of course, by that time most guys have had a snooze and then found another lady...lmaooooo |

I downloaded firefox once but I can't get it to come on as my default browser. Have you heard any thing about IE 8? Oh by the way hi Tim. Were your ears burning? If you get firefox you have to either delete IE unless you are using it for your cable connection, or you need to go into your default settings and choose it as your default. |

WHAT DOES RHUBARB TASTE LIKE IN COMPARISSON TO? When we were kids, we would go out to the rhubarb patch and just pick it and put sugar on it and crunch it down. what a treat! It has a slightly tart flavor..and with the sugar it was fantastic! I only like Rhubarb pie when something is mixed into it, strawberries are good. |

black cherry is my fav too. I like whip cream, and I like jello, but I really dislike them together. Whenever someone would give me jello with whipcream I would scrape the whip cream off. ewwwww

Hello friends, I haven't been about for awhile, because I have spent a pleasant couple of weeks in the local hospital. I was admitted with "cellulitis", which is no relation to cellulite.Apparently cellulitis can be lethal, though for me it was bad enough without the funeral part. Anyway, I'm back on line, although i can't sit for long, my leg much prefers the horizontal position. There ya'go, all the news worth reporting from down under. Well I am glad that we could bypass the funeral
