I don't have a problem legalizing weed or prostitution ... that way the 'street price' can be regulated and taxed, and the competition can be eliminated just by undercutting their profit structure ... it's the 'Wal-Mart' business model applied to societal problems ... I just don't want people DRIVING while stoned ... what about driving while on the prostitute? That's why there's that li'l thing called 'road head' ... Lets y' keep your hands on the wheel ... |

I tried weed during my 'experimental' phase in the '60s, but it did nothing for me other than make me puke in slow-mo once ... I didn't consider that a particularly good time. I just prefer to deal with life sans 'chemical joy' for 'assisted living' ...

How many rational rabbits are up at this hour? And disclaimers are like a note stuck on your back that says 'hit me.' Is a 'rational rabbit' the same as a 'prime rabbit' ... ? You know, it can only be divided by itself or 1 ... ? Math humor. Sweet.......

take a wild guess what state this is in...cali does seem to be the first in things like this...but, like all politics, it has a hidden adgenda. The lady that runs the "pharmacy" that sells the weed says it's not to get people high, it's get people well. i didn't know weed got people well, it just helps them cope. then she says shes against proposition 19, to legalize weed in cali. well duh, she's outa business if they do... If y' think back to an earlier 'moment in time', you'll recall ads that said four out of five doctors chose Camels or Chesterfields or Lucky Strike or Pall Malls - said they were a 'healthy smoke' ... Weed's just more 'smoke', and they're lying by making a false extended analogy. I don't think I ever heard or read an ad with any of those 'actor doctors' trying to sell the message that cigarettes 'get people well' - even actors knew they couldn't lie their way around that one any more than they could sell the fiction that cigarettes 'freshen your breath'. |

The Leftists never have (a) facts or, (b) truth on their side. Their only weapon is the 'Olbermann Gambit' - foam at the mouth, attack the poster, and divert attention from the fact that they showed up at a gunfight with a knife.
Oh - and post reams and reams and reams of meaningless 'facts' and 'data' ... it's the 'overwhelm the system with bullshiit' tactic ... but it's still meaningless pap. |

Yep. I was at a missile base in Germany in 1971. Hell, you mighta knowed a bud of mine - he was with Army nuke-yew-lur arty in an 'Honest John' batallion ... said once y' pushed the 'go' button, you were toast, 'cuz you were inside the det zone ...
