I had the same problem and the grades to go to Stanford (twice - once underGrad once Grad).

My parents made too much money and they wouldn't let me work while getting the MBA.

My advice is that you invest more time in improving yourself than looking for someone else - whether financially, physically, spiritually, relationships with friends or family, hobbies, new experiences . . . what's the worst that can happen?

You'll be improved and you will probably attract better mates.

The joy of love is in the giving. Find someone that you WANT to make happy. Then only stick around if they only want to make YOU unconditionally happy as well.
