Same here. I am still really good friends with my ex boyfriend. I still love and care for him. We now know why he is the way he is because of MS, but to many memories, and don't want to put up with mood swings from him again, so we are better off as friends. Yes, it makes it harder for me to get to someone else, because I want that connection again, I haven't found it and very afraid I won't find it again........I am also dreading the day he leaves my life for good.

I'm not going let her stay the night. I am going to get up early Sun and drive her there so she can spend the whole day with them. She was fine with that.

I do want her to have some fun before she has knee surgery next Friday and won't be able to do anything for a few weeks anyways....

anyways...I'm highly allergic to milk protein. I was wondering if anyone had problems with milk also and how did they make recipes that called for it good, when its also in some of the soy products. ( FYI SOY CHEESE SUCKS!!!)

I agree........She has made a huge mistake in her life earlier this year and its hard to trust her....but I truly believe she has learned from her mistake.

He has a brother and step father in the house at the same time.......

His mom has a good rule....his gf gets grounded because of him....he gets grounded also for the same amt of time she is...

Telling you not to believe someone who says they LOVE YOU right away..but yet they do it.......

My 15 yr old daughter has a boyfriend whom lives about 35 miles away.

they don't get to see each other much. she is going to have knee surgery on the 19th and its going to be hard for her to get around for 6 wks on crutches.

His Mom whom I have met and is a nice lady, has invited her to stay the night Sat night in their guest room, got to church with them on Sun, then to the Bf's bday party. His bday was on the 8th.

Should I let her go???? I know its going to be a controlled enviroment.

Hey!!!! I'm in Andale outside of Wichita. If I want to do anything fun besides going to Friday night H.S football games....there isn't anything to do here..gotta go to Wichita or Hutch. Rather go to Wichita..more to do.

I can't do it until after the holidays..I just may go to the Looney Bin by myself...just to have a good laugh!!

I'm bored also. Should be doing laundry!!! But don't want too........and there are other things I should be doing...but I'm keeping my bored lazy butt on the couch and on the computer......

I'm in Wichita, KS and its snowing here. More blowing snow now...we got a trace to an inch...hard to tell since its blowing like crazy.

I grew up outside of Houston I remember it snowing in Houston '81 I believe then I was told by my "sis" that it snowed a couple of years ago there also. Like snow and not much.

It was almost 70 here yesterday also.

And school supplies!!!!! you can get away with few school supplies when you home school.

I don't home school...but my cousin home schools her kids.

I watch Jon and Kate Plus 8. As far as I know they don't take any handouts either. Jon works. With them doing the TV show, it has made it easier for Kate to stay home. Now, the Duggers have only done a few shows, and just now started doing a regular show.

I don't know how the Duggers paid for their trip to CA, but I bet they were asked to stop at the places they went to on their way there, or were given a HUGE discount,if not given FREE tour, what nots.

I like that they don't do credit and only pay for what they need. Yes, I do agree that the kids should go to public school, or have more of social life....but then the Mom would be going all over the place...then no time for herself at all......LOL

I like they make the older ones take care of a younger one, and that the change. The younger ones learn different things from each one.

At least they will know how to take care of child when they do get married. If they want any after taking care of the younger ones.

I have seen other shows that show big families (10 or more) and a lot of them are home schooled. Imagine what it would cost to send 14 kids to school!!!!!! Cheaper to home school. And they all help out with the younger children.

Told him about the shelters, churches, the YMCA shelter part.....

he is on one program that is Medi-Kan, until he can get on medicaid. they have a 3 mo waiting period before they approve just incase he gets better...
