I stood at loves door and knocked
For eternity it seemed
But as the door just stayed closed
I shut my eyes and dreamed...
The echoes of my tapping knocks
seemd to fade away
And tho I tired of standing there
I was compelled to stay...
A slow creak and it seemed
for a moment I could walk in,
But it was a cruel trick of life
Who stood there with a mocking grin.
As the door squealed closed again
the lock firmly in place
I finally walked away in shame
feeling nothing but disgrace.
SO now I sit some distance
Away from that anchored door
with my knees drawn to my chin'
and my heart out on the floor...
Much love to give but no where to go
Ill sit here in the still
Doenst look like the door will open
But maybe one day eventually it will.

Going thru the pictures I see alot of dead fish-

Clear glass on a stem
with a wide brim
Sparkling wine
glistens within
Beckoning me
Please take a drink
Too much on your mind
Dont' want to think
Popping the cork
Pouring it out
watch the glass fill
swirling about
Fragrant bouquet
chilled to perfection
I sniff and taste
For further inspection
Its a winner
I finally decide
to drink the whole bottle
before end of the night.
Now Im relaxed
Im ready to be still
A glass of good wine
Subdues my will
to go out and be
something Im not
In a crowded bar
Where its smokey and hot.
Nothing there anyway
That I might need
So Ill stay home
And drink wine -its agreed
Now all is simple
The night is just fine
No one but me
and a glass of good wine...

Actually I like the whole mutual match thing. Its quick and I have found some pretty good matches and even emailed to one. There have also been a couple I didnt really match with but they contacted me anyway..maybe caught their eye while they were clicking by.
Only time will tell....
