I did, I was beginning to take courses at college to prepare for local government runs as a side note to becoming a lawyer. But I've come to believe like Socrates did, for different reasons, that even in the off-chance that I managed to worm my way into elected office, that I wouldn't last long.

And, honestly, after some more examination of that choice, I think there are way more worthwhile things I could be doing personally.
