Two things prevent us from happiness; living in the past, fear of the future, and observing others. Living in the present is always helpful for me. Letting go, of the past and fears of the future; not letting worries and fears crowd out the present. It is not always easy, but does get easier with practice. It can be helpful to exercise, walk, listen to music, relax, focus on breathing.

Being you, being yourself
Is never wrong.

Being happy, just being happy
Is never wrong.

Wanting someone real

Having a smile to remember

Once you realize the difference between making love and having sex, you will understand the meaning of your identity. Making love is about living, we make love to feed our soul and our mind, to fill a void, that longs for a partner and needs that someone whom we want to spend time with and wake up the next morning with. Big difference between making love and having sex!
