My 8 year old boy often comes to my work after school to hang with me till its time to go... one day his little friend, Jordan came into ask if he and my boy could go play... i say sure, go for it. As they were walking out the door, Jordan turns to me and says, "Guess what, Sara! I was SAVED yesterday!" and my son said... "Saved from who?" haha! SAVED... like in a church, where they dunk you in the H2O... yeah that one. |

I think it's sad that it seems to be acceptable these days ( by some) I'm old school & I believe it's the worst thing you can do to someone in a relationship. i would have to agree... it is the worst thing you can do to your partner in a relationship... i think my ex cheated cuz he could... and thought he would get away with it... some men just cant keep it in their pants. |

What have you found...

What have you found in the way of geographical/social differences with people on how they present themselves here on M2? Example - (this is purely an *example* of how I know *SOME* people think) Californians are laid back Southerners are slow Northerners are more intense Irish people are alcoholics. I know a handful of them... and I know for a fact that small group are alcoholics! 
I know a "few" of them too, and they aren't! Well, I slightly generalized... 3 of the 6 are.  But I love them. If you can't poke fun at those you love and love you... who can you poke fun at?
I wouldnt really think that alcoholism is something to "poke fun" at... considering both my grandparents died from the disease, and my mother, ex husband, and best friend are all struggling with it right now! As far as diffences in people from different states... well, i was born in california, raised in baltimore, lived in Atlanta for 10 years, and now live in west virgina... and i have lived all over the states and found great people and crappy people in every different spot!! |
