Genetic Anxiety

I've had an anxiety disorder for many years and haven't found a real answer. This seems like truly hopeful research. I believe the bottom line is that a couple of hundred years ago and beyond we needed anxiety to survive. Now as a result of our evolution we now haven't the need for these chemical responses as much so they take control of our lives.

I have to say that ice hockey take strength, skill, hand/eye cordination, and extreme physicall conditioning so I would have to say hockey defensemen.

I don't practice religion and it's basically because I believe that a lot of the doctrine is based upon the bible. The bible I believe is to corupted by mans hand to really know what is true and what is fabricated. We know it to be true over the years that various leaders religious and otherwise altered the bible to suit their own ends. So, while I beleive in god and his son I don't subscribe to a mainstream religion because it robs you of you of the ability to question.
