I agree with this.

I questioned my motive for joining this site, knowing I'm looking for marriage and I'd never marry a non Christian. Is this a waste of time?

I was confident after prayer that the Lord didn't disapprove.

Just today over a hundred people have viewed my site, only one messaged and I politely replied.

I don't believe we should take love risks, rather give our lives all up to God to do whatever He wants with. The risk is when we choose our own way

We must pray for the next generation, the days are more wicked than ever
(well biblical history has known all these ways; but I've never witnessed such craziness as is now in the open)
people are marrying animals! and I thought same sex marriage was crazy, its a thing of the corrupted world being adapted/accepted into what is a sacred and Godly tradition.
I'm not judging the world. Our Lord will do that. I'm simply confused by how many of our fellow humans are buying into these things...

I am going through persecution of this nature right now.

Isaiah 35:4 - say to those with fearful hearts,
“Be strong, do not fear;
your God will come,
he will come with vengeance;
with divine retribution
he will come to save you.”

Romans 8:28 - And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose

I received the holy spirit over a year before I was baptized in water and I personally feel that Without Gods spirit I'd perhaps never have become so obedient to follow all His commands, as for me being baptized in His spirit and Fire convicted me of His Love. I fell in complete 'I've gone cuckoo for Jesus' Love! That Love is the motive behind everything I now do. My water baptism therefore actually meant something. Like the difference between an arranged marriage and one that proceeds 2 people falling in Love.

I always believe we should support our thinking with scripture, thereby building one another up in the purest of faith.

Acts 10:44-48
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word. 45 And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God.
Then Peter answered, 47 “Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?” 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to stay a few days.

I don't think your crazy. Stay strong in the Lord!
6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

I personally think its crazy that anyone thinks there is something more important than loving and being loved. Even crazier that anyone who knows Jesus would be satisfied by fleeting passions of the flesh.

Galations 5:17-26
17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever[a] you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: SEXUAL IMMORALITY, IMPURITY and DEBAUCHERY; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. Self control is the hardest and just like taming the tongue it requires full submission to holy spirit.. :)

Spirituality has many aspects and is different to superstition as its real.
I would recommend not indulging in spiritual practices like astrology, yoga etc as unfortunately the holy spirit isn't the only spirit you can be influenced by.

God is supernatural and He told us to worship Him in spirit and truth John 4:23-24

But this looks different for different people. You most definitely don't need to be an overly spiritual person to have a relationship with God, just open your heart and be sincere. I urge you to seek guidance from your pastors and/or elders in church and pray to your father in heaven.
