And I guess Obama will be safe now from a indictment for the drone killing of a American citizen. SCOTUS Is the last word when it comes to the rule of law . So isnt Joe Biden acting “ above the law” by slamming those nine justices just because Joe didn’t like that decision and he’s still trying to go against their ruling about bailing out college loans …with nine justices , any of their rules will be decided one way or another. That bench is working exactly the way it was designed to work, that’s one part of what makes America great. It’s up to each party in charge of the executive branch to nominate the justices that best uphold that party’s ideas.. nothing maga about any of the justices , they rule the way they interpret the constitution and the law… maybe one day it will be a 6-3 liberal slant and some sore loser republicans will decent with wakadoodle scenarios like the liberal justices did when that ruling came down.
The ruling does nothing for Biden beyond taking the attention away from the first debate. Biden hasn't broken any laws. I defy you to identify which law you think Biden broke, that he could be charged with. "Dereliction of duty" only applies when someone is duly ordered to do something and they don't, and thanks to the separation of powers, even Congress cannot order a president, so you've got no standing to charge Biden with dereliction of duty. If Congress passed the laws to secure the border, it'd be secured, already. And those other offenses you think are punishable, aren't. Complaining about the SCOTUS is just free speech. Obama authorizing military strikes against combatants in a war zone doesn't have to consider their citizenship. I don't know where you get these silly ideas. I sure don’t get my info from the left leaning media outlets because they aren’t real journalist , they aren’t even interested in reporting the truth anymore. It’s all about cover-up for Biden’s mental state… One of the presidents job is to secure the border for our protection, he has failed to do that , in fact he opened the border and encouraged migrants from 100s of countries to invade the United States. And they have no idea who or where many of the migrants are and what their intentions may be. The constitution requires the president to secure the borders, that’s where Biden could be charged… but put all that aside and compare that to the attack on our democracy from the democrats and their media for the past 3 1/2 years of covering up and lying to the people about the demented mental capacity affecting the president..Both of these examples are happing now, and the dems just pass it off as fake accusations… funny how you defend Obama for killing a American citizen that may have been a supporter of terrorism but you dems freak out when Trump killed high ranking members of Hamas Or Hezbala. What I really don't get,and that could be because I don't get how the political system works in the USA.. What I don't get is how on earth is the USA unable to come up with a younger, more capable president or candidate?!! The current situation reminds me of the era when the USSR had secretary generals selected to head the state only to die in a year or two! I just find that weird in the oldest ongoing democracy on the planet! You got to understand , when Trump decided to run for President he was popular , not a politician and wasn’t hated like he was after he won in 2016 . And by beating Hillary Clinton , who thought she should have been ordained the presidency , and every democrat politician agreed with her., that made the political establishment very worried about how someone that wasn’t in that “ club” would handle that position. Well he showed us by ripping the cover-up off their shady dealings of how our government really worked and how they tried to hide their corruption. . But Trump had the U.S. economy and job market improving better than most folks could remember in a long time. and the people liked that, finally someone on our side. The establishment didn’t like a outsider coming in and having so much success when they couldn’t succeed like Trump did. and that is when those same establishment members made it their agenda to go after him and they haven’t stopped yet… The people want Trump to finish his 8 years and that election in 2020 just didn’t seem fair because of all the changes to how people voted because of covid and that was done without congressional approval like the law says. That is why Trump is back. With Biden I haven’t got a clue why he’s their choice. |

Trump won the debate, without question. Biden looked BAD. Trump ducked questions and told some whoppers and Biden did not even fact check him. But then they spoke at their rallies the next day, and Biden did much better than Trump. So I dunno. I wish Democrats would run an alternative candidate who was a lot more "with it". Or I wish Republicans would run an alternative candidate who was more trustworthy. It would be great to have a better option on either side. Many people feel like you do. But this is who we have running and my choice will be Trump. .. I’m not sure what questions Trump ducked or what-lies Trump told other than maybe a little exaggeration about the size of the crowd he brings to his rally’s or something that doesn’t have adverse consequences like the lies Joe told… ie: Border guard endorsement is a lie , they said they would Never endorse Biden .. 40% less illegals coming over the border is a lie.. . 17 dead soldiers in Afghanistan because of Biden’s decisions, and the 1000s of Americans he left behind in Afghanistan.. He said no one died under his watch. Plus the many violent crimes and murders committed by the illegals that Joe said are all good people coming over. Many terrorists have filtered into our country, but because of the policy of give them the benefit of the doubt as to their past criminal activity instead of a thorough vetting. To many lies from Joe to fact check Trump…but again you have the same concern as many Americans and rightfully so… |

Much deception needs to come out on J Biden. Thank you for the link. Shows that despite the extensive investigation, nothing was found on President Biden--like we already knew. The deception is what the media and the Biden staff and family has been peddling for quiet a while now. Joe Biden just got thrashed by Trump in the cnn debate. Trump was concise, calm, direct and right on topic.. Biden was confused , he stumbled through his talking points when he could remember them. He lied about several things like the border crossings being 40% lower than when he took office. Or how the CBP endorsed him, but 10 minutes after the debate the CBP sent a message to the media that said, we have never and would never endorse Joe Biden…Trump definitely looked the most presidential.. I don’t know beans about missile defense or nuke weapons , but I know if we are attacked it will probably be from strategic non- nuclear weapons at first and that’s where a defense like the Iron Dome would help protect us. But to just pass it off because one certain group thinks it won’t work well against nukes is a mistake. That’s why Trump created the Space Force.
Okay, then Iron Dome isn't for the US. We don't have an adversary within artillery range. Iron Dome is for defense against relatively short-range systems. The US Army has counter-battery fire systems and can deploy it quickly to most any place on Earth, if needed, but more importantly, we let our dissidents petition the government so they needn't fire home-made missiles into our cities to get attention. Have you ever heard of Cuba, communist country 90 miles away from Florida.
