One week since President Trump survived a assassination attempt ( what the dems describe as a photo op. ) but now he is back on the horse in a rally in Mich. Every seat and thousands more waiting outside to see and here this man and the dems are now comparing the support for him as a cult. Calling it a tent revival. I remember the tent revivals here in the south and the Bible Belt. Reverend Billy Graham was a frequent draw to many of those “ tent revivals” is the media saying Billy Graham was a cult leader.. Twist it anyway you want but Biden did share info from those documents with his biographer.. that was stated in the brief’s. And it was a felony to have those documents. Whether he had Intent or not. If he didn’t have intent that why was he discussing any documents with his biographer and why were the docs in his possession without his intent to possess them. Most folks understand that . Your argument makes no sense.
Not sure what makes you think you know so much about classified documents and the laws around them, but your interpretation appears misinformed. For a political officer, where their job basically gives them the documents, it's not illegal to have them. Even having them for too long is questionable. And intent is an important aspect. It's right there in the relevant laws. I, too, was concerned about the line in Hur's report about the discussion with the biographer, but the part reported in the news doesn't coincide with the findings in the report, and since Hur was a Trump fan, and went out of his way to discredit Biden, yet still couldn't find enough criminality to recommend charging, it looks like weak sauce. And notice that while Trump got charged with almost a hundred felonies, they didn't bother charging him with simply having classified documents, and all those charges are related to lying to the FBI and not returning the documents after being asked for them. Maybe they'll charge him later for all the stuff he's sold to Russia & China. I don’t know Jack about govt. docs. but I trust the investigator that interviewed Biden. That is the difference between republicans and democrats. You guys pic and choose to believe depending on the outcome. I don't see Trump being the right person to lead the US into the new times, away from patriarchy, fossil fuels and so on. If nothing else he wants to lead the US straight back into it since he's so horribly conservative. Nevertheless... what happened was uncalled for and unbelievable. And it underwrites the need to get rid of possessions of weapons by any Tom Dick and Harry. It's the only way to end the high level of violence in the country and regular massacres when someone has a bad hair-day. I never understand how anyone can feel safe knowing anyone and everyone can carry a firearm and begin shooting any time. No doubt this event will affect Trumps campaign for the better, especially with the photo of him raising his fist with the US flag behind it. This ruling just saved Joe Biden’s a** from being indicted at the end of his term for dereliction of duty because of the border invasion and the law he is breaking by not securing the border. Or for by passing the law set forth by the constitution and reinforced by the SCOTUS on the college loan forgiveness plan. And I guess Obama will be safe now from a indictment for the drone killing of a American citizen. SCOTUS Is the last word when it comes to the rule of law . So isnt Joe Biden acting “ above the law” by slamming those nine justices just because Joe didn’t like that decision and he’s still trying to go against their ruling about bailing out college loans …with nine justices , any of their rules will be decided one way or another. That bench is working exactly the way it was designed to work, that’s one part of what makes America great. It’s up to each party in charge of the executive branch to nominate the justices that best uphold that party’s ideas.. nothing maga about any of the justices , they rule the way they interpret the constitution and the law… maybe one day it will be a 6-3 liberal slant and some sore loser republicans will decent with wakadoodle scenarios like the liberal justices did when that ruling came down.
The ruling does nothing for Biden beyond taking the attention away from the first debate. Biden hasn't broken any laws. I defy you to identify which law you think Biden broke, that he could be charged with. "Dereliction of duty" only applies when someone is duly ordered to do something and they don't, and thanks to the separation of powers, even Congress cannot order a president, so you've got no standing to charge Biden with dereliction of duty. If Congress passed the laws to secure the border, it'd be secured, already. And those other offenses you think are punishable, aren't. Complaining about the SCOTUS is just free speech. Obama authorizing military strikes against combatants in a war zone doesn't have to consider their citizenship. I don't know where you get these silly ideas. I sure don’t get my info from the left leaning media outlets because they aren’t real journalist , they aren’t even interested in reporting the truth anymore. It’s all about cover-up for Biden’s mental state… One of the presidents job is to secure the border for our protection, he has failed to do that , in fact he opened the border and encouraged migrants from 100s of countries to invade the United States.
