Whats exevuting ? Ive never heard that word. Jesus used water to baptize in many circumstances. That is my understanding. Can you explain why it says that he did baptize and then it says that he did not?

Here are the versus in question.

John 3:22
After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.

John 4:2
Though Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples.

It is this one that is understood to be a later addition, thus creating the contradiction in the bible today.

Real life pee ons or ones from this site? Remember that when you allow people to get under your skin from a forum interface such as this, you are really only giving them exactly what they want and what does it matter? They are anonymous. Not worth it. Pick and choose your battles wisely on here or you will find yourself banned.

in these tuff economic times, would you ever think of becoming an exotic dancer? men and women feel free to post...just NO FAT GUYS!! be seeing you

I wouldn't do that myself but I had a girlfriend that was a stripper when I was living in SF. The money is FANTASTIC. Its just not a lifestyle that is very safe. The girls are protected and strictly monitored while they are on the club premises, but once they leave, they are on their own. They very often acquire "overzealous fans." who can even grow obsessive. Im being diplomatic here in my verbiage. More like "crazy f-cks". That is not for me. noway

He could have done 16 different types of baptismal procedure. You can only go by what is actually stated and in this case, it was contradictory yet most scholars seem to feel that the contradiction was caused by a later insertion. That would be the only way to explain it to my satisfaction.

I read studies that most transvestites (not drag queens) are heterosexual males...

Yes I have heard that also. Most all of this is males wanting to become female. There are cases of women wanting to become male but they seem to get more attention. They are MUCH more rare.

I also think there are hetero men like you say that are sexually aroused by dressing like women. That famous film director named "Ed Wood" was like that.

is likely biological, what is your take on it? I couldn't tell you since I've never had a desire to wear heels or a bra.

Just a side comment: Some people mistake transsexualism with transvestitism (sp?)...they are different.
yes a transsexual actually believes that they are a male/female trapped in a male/female body.

A transsexual has actually undergone surgery and hormone therapy. A transvestite has not and is merely living as the opposite sex and retains their origional genitalia.

Well Im just saying it runs along the same lines as referring to a person as either "assertive" or "b1tchy" depending on your own inclination one way or another.

"Grammar Troll" would imply that you disapprove of anyone's attempts at making constructive criticism as it relates directly to ones ability to communicate and effectively express themselves solely through a typed format.

I have not watched this video so I cant speak directly to it but there is no other animal that human shares this degree of similarity with on a genetic level. We are indeed bi-pedal primates. I showed a photo of a rat to prove this point. A rat's front paws are nearly identical to human phalanges in shape and structure. Rats adapted in this manner to be able to access their food which requires a great deal of diligence and coordination.Anyone who has ever owned a pet rat has seen this in action. Yet they do not share a direct genetic link with humans other than being mammals. A structural similarity or a specific adaptation is not the same thing nor can it be treated in the same manner.
