We all know I am having "health issues" but...my left leg has been giving me fits so to speak with severe muscle tightness...here in the last couple weeks it feels like the tendons in my foot are going to snap and once in a while i feel like they are snapping. they get so tight that i can barely move my foot and it goes numb on me often from just below the knee to the tip of my toes. any suggestions on what this is? freaks me out...

could be a nerve in your spine...I got that sometimes...have you tried flexerall or something like that???

have you been tested for diabetes because my mom has it and hers does that some times too and she also get little stinging pain in her toes, she finds that sitting in a tub with warm water and empson salt helps

yes they did a bone scan and an MRI they said that i have deteriorating bone disease but how would/could that affect the muscles and tendons?

they had me on celebrex and soma 350 but that does nothing for me to be honest....nothing seems to help

im not actually sure but it sounds like you need to see your doc and make sure there isent any blood clots

they gave me neurontin 600 mg... it's heavy duty only take it at night before bed...

Ok good!! My first thought for you was a bone scan! I don't know the answer to that unless it's sympathetic nervous system stuff.

i cant walk very well because of all of this and i trip and fall quite often/easily

what's wrong with your back Etrain? b/c they just told me that my epidural blocks won't help the nerves.. I had my 4th one beginning of July

just about every kind of scan you can think of. ive been thru tests on top of tests and tests on those tests hahaha

i was recently diagnosed with cancer, lupus, deteriorating bone disease, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromialgia.

who knows....was curious if anyone had any opinions or experiences with this. its like im afraid im going to snap or damage something by walking or moving it. it gets so tight it feels like its going to just break. a few times i have felt little snaps in there like rubber bands snapping. its very wierd, uncomfortable and often painful
